Alex came to the rescue! We had purchased an American Standard toilet. After 7 years the tank slowly started leaking from a vertical crack. American Standard sent us a new toilet. It didn't sit level on the floor. After a month or so the bottom of the tank began to leak. AS sent us another. The tank leaked from the bottom ever so slightly. My husband gave up and called True to come reinstall the toilet. Alex could see a crack in the bottom of the tank. He told my husband to get a Gerber toilet. My husband got one and Alex came and put it in. Drama and wet floors are over! Thank you Alex.

Work began 12/15. No working shower for 6 days. Had to beg daily for work to get done. On 12/24 I was told caulking would be completed 12/28. Never heard from the company again. No receipt, no warranty info on $13,500 worth of work AND my house key was never returned. No idea where my key may be. Ridiculous!

Michael showed up exactly when he said he would. Fixed my problem in about 2 minutes lol. This company is amazing because they don't charge you just to show up. He even took time to give me home maintenance tips and showed me how to clean my disposal. Their number is the only one I need for these issues now.

Woke up this morning to a rusted floor of my water heater. Went through Home Depot because I have an account there. True Blue was the company they contracted for the install, and I'm glad they did. They sent a courteous gentleman named Micheal. Micheal was the complete professional, explaining everything he was having to do step-by-step and why he was doing it. Gave me some tips on what to do to prolong the life of my house and my equipment. Wasn't a huge shocker to learn he was trained as a union plumber. Best kind of plumber because they make sure they are the best trained workers.

I've got other work I'll need to get done with the plumbing in my house as I am refinishing a basement. After today, I already know who will be doing the work.

I called to have a quote prepared for a new bathroom install in my basement. The technician was a joke! He was boastful & pompous! His quote seemed on the high side. I said that I just wanted basic things, nothing fancy. I mentioned that I knew a toilet is $100 at any home remodel store. He took the toilet off the estimate & stated that he was charging $400 for a toilet! He told me that my stack needed to be re done & that would be $1,000. I had just bought my house & had a sewer inspection done & they said the stack was fine. He said those inspectors do not know anything! Needless to say went with another plumbing company & will never call this one again!

I woke up without hot water on February 8th and realized my water heater wasn't working. I called 4 or 5 local plumbing businesses. Each one either didn't answer, didn't respond to my message until the next week, or wanted a ridiculous amount of money just to show up. A friend recommended True Blue. I called, left a message and 10 minutes later the owner, Devin York, called me back. I told him my problem and within a couple of hours, he had one of his guys at my place. The guy was professional, explained everything and was quick. I paid a very reasonable amount for labor. The new water heater (Rheem) was supplied and saved me more time and headache because I didn't have to run around town trying to find one. I would HIGHLY recommend True Blue Plumbing due to their great customer service, quality of work and professionalism!

We purchased a water heater from Home Depot and True Blue was the plumbing company they partnered with for the installation, and thankfully so! Trent was the plumber who worked our install and he had his work cut out for him! We were replacing a water heater from 1994!! in the basement of a townhouse built in the 70's. The shutoff valve was so corroded it wouldn't shut off; the drain was clogged in the floor; and the build-up so bad that the old water heater wouldn't drain. Trent did a fantastic job dealing with all these issues. He was very professional and I was so glad that he was the plumber we had. I would highly recommend True Blue based on the positive interaction my family and I had with Trent.
