These guys are great - responsive, friendly, thorough, and completely reasonably priced.

I've had them out 3 times - a toilet issue that they fixed, a backflow valve that was leaking and they replaced, and an AC service.

All three times, the cost was totally reasonable. In fact, for all 3 services combined I paid less than a single visit from a franchised plumbing company cost for a single visit.

The techs have all been great at explaining maintenance for things, and scheduling with them is wicked easy.

My honest review- (First the good) True Blue installed a new FHA furnace in my home in 2016. All good, very professional. I was repeatedly told it had a 10 year warranty.
Fast forward 9 years, it stops working. I emailed True Blue and Steve (owner) now tells me that there was only a 5 year warranty ( I even sent them the warranty card that I registered) He did send his guy right out. Joey was very nice. He cleaned the igniter and it fired right up (but only 1 time). It took him about 20 minutes total. Joey recommended they we replace igniter and flame sensor because they were ""only sold in pairs"" (this was not true as you will see in the photos).

(Now for the bad)

I had previously researched the parts, which were $41.00 for both. I asked Joey how much it would cost to replace both the igniter & flame sensor. He said that he called his office and they said $829.00. Really? For a 45-minute job? I asked Joey to break down the parts and labor and he said ""I can't do that"". I then asked ""that must be about 5 hours of labor, right? (they charge $145/hour) He was very hesitant to answer but replied ""maybe 3 or 4 hours labor"".
I paid True Blue $145 (1-hour min charge) and he left. So much for taking care of a loyal customer.

I ended up calling another company. They came out and did a complete tune up. They charged me $165 total for everything, including the new parts. They also confirmed that my parts were in fact under warranty (but not the labor) .
I am one of those people who is very loyal to a company that takes good care of me. In this instance, I 100% believe that True Blue was trying to take advantage of me.

True Blue Plumbing & Heating is the best. Very professional, knowledgeable, and fair.
We had a leak in our upstairs bath and they came right out. Thankfully he looked at every possibility that could be causing it before he cut into any walls or ceilings. He found two leaks and fixed the problems. Very honest. I can't say enough good things. They also do our annual service which we are very happy with as well. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Used them recently to replace water heater and boiler. They were super helpful throughout the process and took the time to answer all my questions. Easy scheduling, their admin Nicole was always helpful and friendly, and all techs that came to the house were professional.

After placing a call for an ASAP service call, Katrina was able to adjust their schedule to accommodate the service call for that afternoon. The technician they sent was Nick. Nick diagnosed the problem as a circulator motor and had it replaced within a few hours from start to finish. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. From my experience with True Blue, including the ability to adjust their schedule to accommodate me and their fine technician, Nick, I would highly recommend them.

The Office Staff Katrina and Kelsey have been excellent as well!
Looking forward to finalizing everything within the next month. The only delay is on my end. True Blue has been magnificent so far

Absolutely amazing and professional service done by Steve. He went extra-mile on HVAC and AC yearly maintenance. Steve was very professional and addressed/ answered all of my questions while also providing few additional tips. I think this place deserves more than 5 stars. Our central AC stopped working out of the blue. They under promised and over delivered. They said they couldn't come until 3 weeks from the day we called. Then they had a cancellation and squeezed us in the same day we called. Alright, we didn't expect that but it was awesome. Came on time within their promised time on the same day. Cool! We are feeling good already. Then the guy fixed the central AC in under 15 mins. They replaced the capacitor and cleaned out a mouse nest (freaking rodents!). I asked them a lot of questions about mini-split and tankless water heater. They were honest about it. Didn't try to oversell their service. The whole service cost us $275. Was it expensive? Well, the part is less than $20. But I think it's worth it for the expertise, responsiveness, labor, professionalism, friendliness, timeliness, and hard work. We didn't just pay for that one service alone, but the whole operation is exceptional. Even the phone scheduling lady was pleasant to talk to. I think the service is worth every penny. We will use them again if we have any heating/plumbing issue, though hopefully, we don't run into those problems. Now, we get to enjoy our cool AC!
