One person answered the phone when I called at 11PM and walked me through the best options for my sump pump alarm going off. Offered to come immediately, or in the morning. He came in the morning with appropriate PPE, diagnosed the problem quickly and offered solutions. The nicest part of the service is that there was a lapse in communication on my part and he completed work, but uninstalled once I communicated appropriately and only charged me $100 for the service provided. Very few plumbers coming to your house to inspect, work, and advice within 24 hours for $100. I know who will get my business from now on. Loved my experience from start to end.

These guys are great! I've used them 3 times in the last couple of years They've unclogged sinks, fixed leaky sinks and installed a new hot water heater for me. Extremely professional and timely.

Mike at Tru Plumbing and Heating is as good as it gets. Professional service, great pricing. He purchased, delivered and installed a new water heater. He also spent 45 min fixing loose fixtures around my house for no extra charge. A very nice person to deal with. Was running late and called me twice with an ETA. Plumbers can be sketchy, I've experienced some shady ones in our area, but Tru is the place to go.
