If I could give this company a zero I absolutely would. Tim, the owner, is seriously unprofessional! He sent out his technician Jerry Johnson to diagnose an issue I was having with food backing up through my basement toilet from my kitchen. This technician, I use the term loosely, came out and supposedly snaked my main drain telling me that his cable was getting an obstruction at 58 feet down and that I needed to call the city as their main to my house was backed up as well as I had a broken pipe 58 feet down and would have to have a trench dug from my house to the alley. I contacted the Lincoln Park DPS and they immediately sent out two awesome technicians to check the trap. They were able to verify it wasn't an issue to the main. The DPS supervisor even gave me the name of the plumber they use when they need one from the outside. This plumber came out and snaked all, yes all, my drains including the one in the bathroom where the problem was presenting. He found a broken pipe under the bathroom floor. Because of Truflo's incompetence I've had to go through hell to get my services covered with the correct diagnosis. This Tim guy, the owner, has no compassion! No apology, no resolution, no accountability. DO NOT CALL these hacks unless you want to be scammed.

I called Tru Flo for a simple toilet problem. Being not experienced with these type of problems I trusted their opinion and agreed to the price for service. Tru Flo performed the service I paid them $450 and they left. The toilet never worked properly. They installed a valve for a 1.5 gallon per flush toilet instead of a 3.5 gallon per flush toilet. I called the owner Tim and he said it doesn't matter. The problem is that not enough water goes into the bowl to flush the debris out. I called Davis plumbing and they immediately saw the problem and installed the correct valve. All that was needed was a $15 part instead of a $450 fix. Never never call Tru Flo for any plumbing issues.
