I had a faucet on the outside of my house that broke an I checked with some people at my church and they recommended Troy's Plumbing. He came out the very next day (Saturday) and fixed it and helped me with a couple of other problems! I highly recommend him. The cost was actually less than I had expected! Great job.

Do NOT do business with Troy's plumbing. I called and scheduled an appointment to have my garbage disposal looked at. The rep gave me a time between 10am and 12pm. At 1033am I got a call saying he ran into something at the current clients house and reassured me he would come between 12pm and 2pm. At 327pm when no one showed up I called them. The rep again reassured me he was on his way. So at 502pm when they didnt show up I called them again. This time I called they informed me that the office was closed and they were an answering service. They couldn't reach the plumber but could only leave a message for Monday morning. How dare them have no respect for their customers. They wasted my entire day for absolutely nothing to be done! Call someone else. 0 stars

Over priced. They showed up on time. Stayed for a hour and 15 minutes and charged $225 to unclog a sink.

Waited hour and a half for a scheduled appt, no show no call. Called office and given excuse about scheduler. Told they could be there in 30 minutes to an hour. Sorry, bad first impression. I build houses for many years and I understand being late, but always call.

They came to my business to clean out some floor drains. They were there a little over one hour and charged me $330. Rip off! My doctor is cheaper!

I needed a plumber this morning when I found a backed up toilet belching sewage all over my recently refurbished floors. I called Troy's on the referral of a friend and I am so glad I did. Troy was a complete professional and clearly explained what he would be doing, how long it would take, what I should expect and what it would cost. His prices were competitive and fair and he was at my door in no time at all. I would highly recommend Troy's Plumbing without hesitation. Thank you for being there when we needed you Troy! In response to """"Scott G"""", $225 is a pretty standard rate depending on what you had the person doing. Not even sure how your clearly fake review made it on Yelp with no friends and no other reviews.

This is a HUGE SHOUT out to the amazing team at Troy's Plumbing in Winter Garden. Right after we moved into our new home, we discovered that a 20 year old oak tree roots were basically strangulating our sewer line, which caused our entire system to backup. Total nightmare! We thought it might break the bank, but not with these guys. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help us, and within 24 hours our system was completed fixed. And they came in under what I expected to pay. Truly amazing!!! Thanks to the owner Troy and his son Trey for doing such a great job. I can't say enough good things about these guys, so if you need help with your plumbing give them a call.

Scheduled an appointment several days out for a Friday morning. Thursday I got a call saying they were running behind and wouldn't make Friday. Ok, things happen, rescheduled for following Monday morning. No show, no call. I called at 3:00 and got some excuses. Was told they would be out around 3:00 the next day. No show, no call again. Glad I didn't stay home from work 2 days in a row...oh...wait...I did.

Called Troy's Plumbing to get an estimate for replacing a garbage disposal that I supplied. I was told by the call taker that Troy would have to come to the house before he could give me an estimate. I was not told about a trip charge of $55 until I was presented with the bill. Troy said that the person who took the call should have told me. I agree, but she didn't. His installation price for the disposal was also $35 higher than 3 other licensed plumbers who had given me estimates over the phone. Buyer beware.
