Troy installed a water softener in my home I'm 20/4. He did an excellent job. Very Professional as well as his helper.
I had one issue with it and he came back the next day and fixed the problem. AND I was not charged a high price for the job he did!

Great customer service, price and most of all responsive to our issue. Called early Monday, Troy said they would be out that day but after the lunch hour. They called at 1205 and they were there at 1230pm assessed the problem and what we consider a major problem, completed by 300 pm. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work completed. As a general rule, I am the only one who ever performs work on my house or cars. On Christmas I had a pipe burst (come to find out it was 3) on the 3rd floor. Troy came out and found the issue in the maze of plumbing lines that run through my house. I was really impressed that he was able to do it so quickly and with minimal drywall removal. Once he found the issues, he was able to make the repairs very quickly. He was extremely respectful of my home and left it extra clean when he left. I think it's awesome to see someone who is an expert in their craft probably because there are so very few that I've come across. Although I've done many plumbing jobs over the years, this is the one area that I won't hesitate to call the expert - Troy. That in itself would speak volumes to you if you knew what a perfectionist that I am. Do yourself a favor the next time you have a plumbing problem, call Troy. You won't be sorry!!!

So Troy came to fix our shower faucet because the shower continued to run. So when they got here they shut off the water and I took them upstairs to the bathroom and also gave the the Delta Shower Faucet kit I had purchased. About 10
Minutes later he came down and turned the water back on. I went upstairs to see how it was working. He said it just needed a new cartridge and I said so you didn't need this referring to the kit I purchased at Lowes. He said no but I can put the chrome face on if you want. I said no because the kit cost $90 I'll just return it. After we all walked out and I said thank you. I even said they had a good referral by someone and I appreciate the work. My wife was taking care of bill and told me it was $268. I was like wow kinda pricey but it's fixed and I can take the kit back which cost $90. So it done and fixed. I'm happy!! I then start talking to my son and told him it was fixed and all it needed was a cartridge. He said what's that? Well the night before I opened the kits trying to decide if I wanted to try doing it myself or wait till today and just have it done sine we had a scheduled appointment and wanted to support local businesses. I took the cartridge thAt was in it an slid it in to the valve that it goes in as well as a metal ring that holds it into place. I thought about it for just a minute and thought if it needs all this I better let someone do it just in case there was a problem. So I took it back apart and put it back in the box. So I said to my son let me grab the box and Ill show you. I go get the box to show him what the cartridge looks like and when I opened box the cartridge and the ring that holds it in place are gone!!!! I then became very angry! On the bill they sent they charged us $74 for a new cartridge! So I called the office and spoke the the lady there.I told her the story and her response was Troy usually doesn't lie!! I said that's not very reassuring that he usually doesn't lie!! She said she would have him call me. Troy did call and follow up. We talked and I explained the entire situation just as I wrote above and felt as though they should give us credit for the cost of the kit I purchased which was $90. His response was you must have missed placed those parts I brought one in with me in the blue bucket we carried in. The part was not lost or miss place. They were in the box when I gave it to them! Beware of Troy The Plumber. I'm not saying anything about the price they changed except that they charged me for a cartridge and the cartridge was missing from the kit I purchased now! So I can't return to Lowes because it's now missing the ring and the cartridge! $90. Anyway he refused to provide a credit for the cartridge or the kit saying I miss placed the parts. Which is not true. I opened the box in my kitchen on the island and it never moved from there until I took it to them when they got here. If I had left the cartridge and ring out they would be on the island. So I suggest do not trust this guy or his company!!!! It's not a coincidence that the only parts missing are the parts that were used were exactly what was needed to fix it. Nothing else was missing from the box!!

Major shout out to Troy the Plumber! We had a major water leak on a Sunday from a broken pipe/valve by our softener. It was a real gusher. My wife called at 5:18 am and Troy had us back up within the hour. New pipes and a new shut off valve. Amazing work and the absolute best customer service! This was Sunday morning and he actually saved our home from a catastrophe. This is the third time we have used TROY THE PLUMBER. Whether routine or emergency, I highly recommend you call Troy.

My disposal wasn't working so I called Troy Tuesday night. He was at my door at 11:00 am on Wednesday. My disposal was fixed in five minutes.
Troy and his son were polite and did an excellent job. I highly recommend!!
