We had a problem with our sumps indicating our main sump had failed today. We have a finished basement and total sump failure means the basement will flood.

We called Troy Plumbing and they responded within a few hours. They put on booties, headed to the basement. After about 1/2 hour everything was fixed, apparently a minor problem. He also went through all the controls, examined the secondary sump and did some minor adjustments on both pumps.

Fast, accurate, friendly, respectable service. It's worthy plumbing business. We recommend!
