We were quoted $90 for a same day appointment. We were told that the plumber would come between 1 and 4. We received a text that stated the plumber would be coming at 2:30pm 2:30 came and went, no plumber, no call. When we reached out at 4:00pm texting back we did not receive a response until 5:40pm informing us the plumber who was supposed to come was not responding, which I understand is not their fault, they proceeded to send someone out. He showed up around 6:30pm. We did receive a discount which is nice, but the technician did not have the right equipment to do the diagnosis needed.
Instead he dug a whole in my yard told my fiancé h would talk to his boss and get back to us the next day. The next day came and went. I sent an email and still haven't received a response. As I wanted written documentation at this point. Mean while we were gathering quotes to get someone to come out again since the first attempt was not helpful. Troy plumbing had the nerve to respond to the quote request stating they could send someone out same day for $70. Nice consistency guys. Overall super disappointing especially since we had another company come out that fixed it in an hour, and by the way that was a same day appointment as well. Of course it was two days after our initial attempt since Troy plumbing didn't pull through even though we gave them the benefit of the doubt to call as promised. Biggest waste of $75. Especially since I had to pay another company to do the same thing, but much better. Absolutely will not recommend Troy plumbing.

Nothing but good things to say. Prompt coming out to give estimate. The tech gave me a thorough explanation of my options and the price was reasonable. The work was completed as explained with no additional costs. Cleaned up after the work was done. All good!

Excellent service for an excellent price! I submitted a quote on yelp and got a response from Troy Plumbing & Repairs literally before I even put my phone down. I exchanged numbers and was called immediately. They squeezed me in even though the schedule was full, which was great!

Tim arrived and fixed my sink within 15 minutes AND he improved the snake while I was writing a check. He was super friendly and made the whole process super easy. I will definitely be calling Troy Plumbing for my next plumbing emergency!

I hired them to install one kitchen sink and three bathroom vanities together with mirrors. They spend two days for the installation. The 2nd day the crew promised me to be at my place at 9 am but I waited until 11 am and saw no one. Then I called the owner, waited another hour to get a hold of the owner and he said his guys were at my place at 9 but then left. I was home in the whole morning and did not see them at all. When the crews finally arrived in the afternoon, they said they were at another properties doing water restoration in the morning. So the owner and the crews's words were not matching. After the installation, I found one sink leaking and all vanities are not anchored to the wall which can move freely and create safety hazard. Vanity tops are not glued to the cabinets either they just placed them on top the cabinets. Mirrors are either too low or not centered. Then I called and they came again to fix, but the sink is still leaking after the 2nd time. I do not want them to come again to fix it because I no longer trust them. So I ask the owner whether he can give me $200 credit and got no reply. Just want to provide my experience with this company to future costumers.
----below are my comments to the owner's reply----
1. I did not let them finish the work the 1st day because it was over 6 pm that work cannot be done in a condo, to respect the neighbors.
2. I was not aware of the whole waitlist thing, if you insist you informed us no guaranteed time, show your evidence. The house was absolutely not showed that day, who would show the palace with lots of construction going on?
3. I never comment on your crew's nationality, this is an incorrect accusing to me. Only thing I said is ""he barely speaks English"" which is true for one of his crew. His crew are actually pretty polite, but not the owner.
4. Never asked them to work for free, given the quality of work, they are over charged.
5. Stop drag my husband in this situation, he is not fully aware of what's going on. The owner never called me to figure out the issue, he always call my husband to try to get away with it because my husband is not aware of the whole thing that he can slip something.
6. When I was not satisfied with their work the 1st time, I said over the phone to the owner:""I think you should come over and see the quality of work"", then the owner said:""I have no interest of seeing that"", which shocked me because I never encountered such arrogant business owner before.
7. If you insist on accusing your costumer and cannot take any true and negative reviews, it has nothing to do with me. I paid the contract in full by the way. Again, I have the right and freedom to comment on any business about my true experience on Yelp.

The plumber they sent was great! They kept in communication with me the whole time to let me know when he would arrive, pricing was more than fair, and customer service was just awesome. My job was a simple toilet replacement and they ensured that the job was done right before leaving. I will definitely be using Troy Plumbing again!!

I'm not gonna give a terrible review because they didn't actually do any work but they did/do practice misleading solicitations. I was told $150 and they could be out there the next day for the leak. I scheduled the appointment to fix the leak and then received an email stating the $150 would be for showing up and that $150 would be applied to the total. Guess I'm not getting a quote... Guess they're just gonna fix the problem and charge me whatever they want? Then they tell me that I'm confused! lol. Yeah, I was confused... Or maybe you were misleading!

So thankful for the Yelp request a quote capability! It made finding the right plumber a breeze. Filled out the request on a Sunday and Greg responded within minutes and called to discuss our list of things we needed to be fixed/replaced from a garbage disposal to toilet flushing mechanisms to faucets. All of them were handled in one visit, in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you! We'll definitely keep your number handy in case anything pops up!

I had a sizeable laundry room project which involved extending water lines, drain, and gas line, from the garage to the second story laundry room. Additionally replacement of 6 bathroom compression valves. I shopped several quotes and decided on selecting Troy Plumbing because they provided a reasonably priced estimate and had great reviews. Richie and Jr completed my project in two days and did an excellent job. They were both very friendly, professional, and efficient at completing the project.

I tried a new plumber because my regular place was closed for a week. I had a kitchen sink that was clogged and my tenants were anxious to get it fixed. They were able to give me a next day appointment and were right on time. It was quoted for a decent price and handled professionally without any incidents. The clog extended to the clean out valve in the garage which looked like that creature from Aliens took a dump in the middle of the night and chased it with a tar covered opossum. Friggin gross. Paying them took a few phone calls but we got that figured out eventually. I'd use them again.
