If you're reading this review because you're looking for a plumber, your search is over. These guys are fantastic. My pressure reducing valve went out on a Sunday afternoon... Mother's Day, no less. I contacted Troy and Sons through their website. Got an answer within a half-hour. Their tech was at my house the next day and had it fixed before lunch; I think it was a total of 15 hours between the time I emailed and the time my problem was fixed. What's more, they did all this working around my family having a scheduled medical procedure for that day; Troy and his staff were in constant communication with me and handled everything beautifully. Pricing was a dream. More than fair, as quoted, terrific. Pipe is working great. Other than the new part, I can't even tell that they were there; no mess at job site at all. Really impressed with these guys. They do good work, they communicate clearly, they charge very reasonably, they just give off that """"good people"""" vibe, you know? After dealing with several chains and """"big box"""" plumbers, it was wonderful to find this small business with that great personal and professional touch. I know who I'm calling with all my future plumbing needs. Give them a shot. I think you'll be glad you did.

Huge shout out to Troy and Sons plumbing! Ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot and was going to have them install it and they said they couldn't do it. I called Troy and sons and within an hour they were out here and had my dishwasher installed without having to replace a part that Home Depot said was needed Highly recommend!

Plumbing issues are never easy but thankfully Troy and Sons was on scene fast and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for service. Professional crew, upfront on pricing and very transparent throughout the repair process. If I have another plumbing issue I will absolutely call them again.

Discovered I had a leaky toilet late one afternoon so I went online to try to find a local plumber, figuring it would take at least a couple of days. However, Troy and Sons Plumbing sent Scott out the very next day. I decided to have a new toilet installed and Scott had everything I needed and had the job completed in a couple of hours. Our technician - Norman; was quick to find the water leak outside of our house and very helpful with all the questions I asked as a relatively new home owner. As I headed out the door to work, I noticed water on the garage floor. A quick inspection revealed that it was coming from the water heater room. My husband concurred and noted the specs of our existing eater heater. I found Troy and Son's plumbing and Tammie answered the phone. She indicated they could have someone here to install a new water heater this afternoon. We set the appointment and I gave her the specs for the size we needed. The installers showed up with all the supplies right on time but turns out I gave them the wrong size, so Troy and his son brought over the correct sized water heater. So we still had it fixed the same day. Very nice folks. Good work. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Our water heater suddenly stopped working late one night. I had called several companies and had one scheduled to come out that afternoon. I tried looking further into this particular company and could not find anything other than the name and phone number. They didn't even have a website so became uneasy with my decision. I then searched Angies List and Home Advisors and found Troy & Sons. I sent a message and received a call first thing that morning. Someone was here to assess the problem and came back later that day and installed a new water heater. They were very professional and prices were in line with what others charged. Very pleased with this company and will have them back again for a couple more plumbing issues we have.
