Our technician - Norman; was quick to find the water leak outside of our house and very helpful with all the questions I asked as a relatively new home owner. As I headed out the door to work, I noticed water on the garage floor. A quick inspection revealed that it was coming from the water heater room. My husband concurred and noted the specs of our existing eater heater. I found Troy and Son's plumbing and Tammie answered the phone. She indicated they could have someone here to install a new water heater this afternoon. We set the appointment and I gave her the specs for the size we needed. The installers showed up with all the supplies right on time but turns out I gave them the wrong size, so Troy and his son brought over the correct sized water heater. So we still had it fixed the same day. Very nice folks. Good work. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Our water heater suddenly stopped working late one night. I had called several companies and had one scheduled to come out that afternoon. I tried looking further into this particular company and could not find anything other than the name and phone number. They didn't even have a website so became uneasy with my decision. I then searched Angies List and Home Advisors and found Troy & Sons. I sent a message and received a call first thing that morning. Someone was here to assess the problem and came back later that day and installed a new water heater. They were very professional and prices were in line with what others charged. Very pleased with this company and will have them back again for a couple more plumbing issues we have.

Contacted Troy and Sons Plumbing through the Yelp app (request a quote) and was contacted my the owner in less than 10min. Once we discussed what seemed to be the problem we scheduled an appointment within the same week. He advised he was booked solid, but still made time to fit me in. I received a call the day before reminding me of the appointment and a text message the morning of advising that technicians were enroute. Techs arrived on time and was able to resolve my issue at a reasonable cost. They were professional and had state of the art equipment. I'd definitely recommend Troy and his crew for all of your plumbing needs.

I was referred to Troy and Son's Plumbing by a company that installed flooring for me. I needed to get a toilet installed but there were complications and I needed a plumber's help. I called Troy and Son's during business hours on Tuesday morning at 8:17 AM (they open at 8 AM per their website). I was disappointed to get an answering machine. I left a message explaining that I needed their help. I left my phone number twice to be sure they received it. I still am waiting to receive a call. I called another plumbing company and they answered their phone and someone is coming tomorrow morning.

I recently had this company fix and update my leaky pipes in an older home. The workmanship was beautiful. I was in need of immediate service and they were very accomodating. You will not find this quality work, with the best customer service. Not to mention totally reasonable prices. Couldn't be happier. Highly reccommend.
