Contacted Troy and Sons Plumbing through the Yelp app (request a quote) and was contacted my the owner in less than 10min. Once we discussed what seemed to be the problem we scheduled an appointment within the same week. He advised he was booked solid, but still made time to fit me in. I received a call the day before reminding me of the appointment and a text message the morning of advising that technicians were enroute. Techs arrived on time and was able to resolve my issue at a reasonable cost. They were professional and had state of the art equipment. I'd definitely recommend Troy and his crew for all of your plumbing needs.

I was referred to Troy and Son's Plumbing by a company that installed flooring for me. I needed to get a toilet installed but there were complications and I needed a plumber's help. I called Troy and Son's during business hours on Tuesday morning at 8:17 AM (they open at 8 AM per their website). I was disappointed to get an answering machine. I left a message explaining that I needed their help. I left my phone number twice to be sure they received it. I still am waiting to receive a call. I called another plumbing company and they answered their phone and someone is coming tomorrow morning.

I recently had this company fix and update my leaky pipes in an older home. The workmanship was beautiful. I was in need of immediate service and they were very accomodating. Made an appointment for a gas leak the same day between 1 and 3 (Saturday) but did not show or call to let me know. Had to make other arrangements on a Sunday. They could have been called away for other urgent situation, which I could understand.

Had Gary and his partner replace 4 toilets in our house. They did excellent and meticulous work, taking time to remove all traces of the old toilet from the tile before setting the new toilets. They cleaned up afterward and you can barely tell they were hear. All that for an extremely reasonable price. We will use Troy and Sons for all our future plumbing needs.

I used Troy Plumbing last year. They installed a new dishwasher & installed a water filter in our kitchen (that had to be installed to the water line. We have used a lot of plumbers over the years but this company has been the very best! They were prompt getting here. The installations of the dishwasher & the water filter went very well. We had them installed last summer & we have had no problems @ all. They also fixed our ice maker which we had fixed 3x before & kept breaking down. NORMAN knew exactly what to do & it has been working great. No leaks, no problems! Also, we received a very large bill from the water company and Troy came out himself & checked everything & he did charge a penny & said he likes taking care of his customers. The cost of the installations & ice maker was very reasonable. We have lived in Paulding County 26 years & this plumbing company is who everyone should use if you want a professional that will do a top notch job & won't rip you off. The Whitcombs.
