Had Gary and his partner replace 4 toilets in our house. They did excellent and meticulous work, taking time to remove all traces of the old toilet from the tile before setting the new toilets. They cleaned up afterward and you can barely tell they were hear. All that for an extremely reasonable price. We will use Troy and Sons for all our future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Troy and Son's Plumbing by a company that installed flooring for me. I needed to get a toilet installed but there were complications and I needed a plumber's help. I called Troy and Son's during business hours on Tuesday morning at 8:17 AM (they open at 8 AM per their website). I was disappointed to get an answering machine. I left a message explaining that I needed their help. I left my phone number twice to be sure they received it. I still am waiting to receive a call. I called another plumbing company and they answered their phone and someone is coming tomorrow morning.

Contacted Troy and Sons Plumbing through the Yelp app (request a quote) and was contacted my the owner in less than 10min. Once we discussed what seemed to be the problem we scheduled an appointment within the same week. He advised he was booked solid, but still made time to fit me in. I received a call the day before reminding me of the appointment and a text message the morning of advising that technicians were enroute. Techs arrived on time and was able to resolve my issue at a reasonable cost. They were professional and had state of the art equipment. I'd definitely recommend Troy and his crew for all of your plumbing needs.

If you're reading this review because you're looking for a plumber, your search is over. These guys are fantastic. My pressure reducing valve went out on a Sunday afternoon... Mother's Day, no less. I contacted Troy and Sons through their website. Got an answer within a half-hour. Their tech was at my house the next day and had it fixed before lunch; I think it was a total of 15 hours between the time I emailed and the time my problem was fixed. What's more, they did all this working around my family having a scheduled medical procedure for that day; Troy and his staff were in constant communication with me and handled everything beautifully. Pricing was a dream. More than fair, as quoted, terrific. Pipe is working great. Other than the new part, I can't even tell that they were there; no mess at job site at all. Really impressed with these guys. They do good work, they communicate clearly, they charge very reasonably, they just give off that """"good people"""" vibe, you know? After dealing with several chains and """"big box"""" plumbers, it was wonderful to find this small business with that great personal and professional touch. I know who I'm calling with all my future plumbing needs. Give them a shot. I think you'll be glad you did.

As I headed out the door to work, I noticed water on the garage floor. A quick inspection revealed that it was coming from the water heater room. My husband concurred and noted the specs of our existing eater heater. I found Troy and Son's plumbing and Tammie answered the phone. She indicated they could have someone here to install a new water heater this afternoon. We set the appointment and I gave her the specs for the size we needed. The installers showed up with all the supplies right on time but turns out I gave them the wrong size, so Troy and his son brought over the correct sized water heater. So we still had it fixed the same day. Very nice folks. Good work. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Discovered I had a leaky toilet late one afternoon so I went online to try to find a local plumber, figuring it would take at least a couple of days. However, Troy and Sons Plumbing sent Scott out the very next day. I decided to have a new toilet installed and Scott had everything I needed and had the job completed in a couple of hours. We had a leaky shower that needed a cartridge replaced. These guys were fast, friendly, reasonably priced and on time.
