Did work for me a couple times and he was great, even if it took him a few days to get to it. Called multiple times this year and he has not bothered to return my calls or even show up. Not an appropriate way to treat people. He is a nice guy and all, but I would suggest finding someone else if you need it done quickly.

Couldn't be bothered to return a call for service. We've been having issues with our furnace and my wife has called them for the last 3 days and nobody will bother returning our call. We had heard that the furnace/heating people in Bradford were sub-par but I didn't think it was this bad. Looks like I'll be using someone out of Olean from now on. Too bad, I try to support NY as little as possible these days.
