I called the office of Tropical Plumbing & Septic on Thursday, 2/10/22 a nice lady answered the phone. It was great to actually speak to an actual person in the office. She was very professional and she got me scheduled for a Septic Tank Pump Out on 2/14/22 between the hours of 8:00AM - 10:00AM. I was told Chuck would call to let me know when he was on his way. She was also upfront about the estimated cost (depending on the size of our septic tank). He held true to what I was told and he called me at around 7:20ish on 2/14/22 to let me know he was on his way to our home. He was very professional and nice. He pumped our standard size septic tank out and the job was completed by 8:00AM!! The cost was very reasonable as well for the pump out service. I would recommend Tropical Plumbing and Septic for all of your plumbing and septic needs. I am a very happy customer and will continue to use them in the future.

very helpful, knowledgeable, and first class customer service. went in for simple parts and very quick and efficient for getting the parts we needed and was at a good price

Subject: Complaint Regarding Damage to My Property from Septic Tank Service Dear Tropical Plumbing, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided by your company at my property in Christmas, Florida. When your team came to work on my septic tank, Lynette mentioned that I had given permission for your crew to drive across my yard. While I may have allowed some access, I did not expect the damage that has resulted from the heavy tank being driven from one side of my property to the other side of my property my multiple times. I have over 3 acres, so it pretty much fills up one side of my front yard to the other side of my front yard . The tank was apparently so heavy that your crew had to unload the waste elsewhere after already driving onto my property once before returning and driving across my yard again. As a result, there are now four large and noticeable marks in my yard. These areas are not only unsightly, but they also create significant challenges for me when I mow my lawn. The humps left behind are approximately seven inches high, and I have to slow down considerably--by at least half an hour--each time I cut the grass to carefully navigate over them. This is not to mention the damage it is probably causing my lawnmower which was $6000. I am a single parent, so I do not have a lot of money and I do not have a lot of time. To fix this project alone it would probably be 50+ hours. I reached out to your office to ask if someone could come back and level the yard, but Lynette informed me that this would not be possible. I find this unacceptable. The damage caused by your equipment has affected the usability and appearance of my property, and I believe it is your responsibility to address this issue. She said having another vehicle come out to fix it would just create more of a problem. There does not need to be a vehicle that comes out to fix it. People can come out and put down soil and fix it with rakes and shovels. Ironically, during a recent service call for my lawnmower, the technician from the company where I purchased the equipment in Oviedo was shocked at the condition of my yard and could not believe a company would leave it in this state. Others who have seen the damage have also expressed astonishment. I also hope that when my lawnmower has its next check up that they don't report anything due to this situation. I would appreciate it if you could reconsider your position and send someone to rectify this problem as soon as possible. Please let me know how we can move forward to resolve this issue. I can't figure out how to get the picture attached, but you can check Google reviews. I have more photos if needed and video. Sincerely, Mary Seals-Kidd

Always great service, fair price and respectful employees! I recommend them to everyone in East Orlando!

In the midst of COVID 19 it was so wonderful for the plumber to arrive this morning at my house wearing a mask and covers on his shoes. With a husband who suffers from heart failure this was assuring to me. The work was great and I'm so thankful for their help. Ryan was so courteous.

We called Tropical Plumbing when we had a sewer line blockage. They were very responsive to our situation, came as soon as possible, and were able to successfully dislodge the material! From the office folks to the plumbers who came to our house, I was very impressed! Everyone was very, professional, competent, and pleasant to interact with. Tropical plumbing treated us respectfully, appropriately explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. They are my plumbers now!

They were chosen by my contractor to do the complete job on my new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are overpriced and now that I need to have my refrigerator line moved before the drywall hangs, they keep ignoring our request after several phone calls and emails.

Tropical plumbing is very helpful! We were in need of help and they stopped and helped us out when it was easy to just drive by. Thank You for being a class act!!

WARNING: Do not use Tropical Plumbing!!! We made the mistake of hiring this """"Christian"""" company to plumb our new build and it has been nothing but a nightmare. This nightmare began 5 years ago and we are still living with it. The list is so long, I gave them a 14 page report with pictures and they refused to finish the job. We have loose pipes and a septic system that is over the property line of our neighbor. We have been more than patient in trying to resolve issues with these people and the owner continues to point the finger at everyone else claiming it's not his fault. Hire anyone else but Tropical.
