I hired Trophy Plumbing to deal with a leak from my shower piping that was causing water damage in the ceiling underneath it. It took the plumber a week to diagnose the leak, including a diagnosis visit that involved looking up at the ceiling and agreeing there must be a leak (not ready to do any work); coming back four days later and determining there was no shower leak - I must have a roof issue - and clearing the shower to be used, the shower was used and it started leaking again ; and then they took two more days to come back and finally diagnose and fix the shower head pipe leak. Water was also found in the master closet on the third visit and my tenants were told it wasn't a big deal, just to air it out, but the contractor hired to repair the drywall found mold there the next day that wasn't noted earlier, a costly issue. Plumber didn't return my calls to see if this water was definitely crossing under the shower and coming out the back wall from the original leak or could represent an additional leak. Turns out he no longer works for the company. The owner seemed to think this chain of events represents reasonable service. I disagree and won't be using this company again.

Whatever you do, Do NOT Hire this company. First of they will give you quotes, they can not, or Will not, fulfill..Quote received was to install a tank less electic hot Water heater and connect the tank less to the 50Gal Water Tank. Trophy purchased the electric hot water heater from Home depot to small to proved Hot water. I needed this upgrade to be able to fill my walk in Jacuzzi Tub with a full tub of water and use the Jacuzzi whirlpool. That evening I tried to take a bath just to find I have no adequate amt of Water, Hot usable water output is only the with of a pencil size diam. The plumber, that subsequntly arrived the next day I ask him to take a look at the output of water. Was told ""NO"" and he was going straight to the tanks, as he does not work for me. I ask again, Please take a look. He informed me he is leaving. FINE! I said. Eventually he gave in in but not until I was told, he will take me to court. After that statement, I ask my neighbor to come in and witness What is going on, indeed he did go to the Tub, Mumbled something about jacuzzi. and informed me he was leaving. This guy is a ""Walk out ""plumber"". If He does not like something you ask, He'll Walk out on you. I have since called the office ask the Receptionist to heave the owner call me.After that Phone is never answered, but left message several time. No return phone calls ever. I have sent 2 emails No response. I have sent to 2 letters to this company. Will see if I get a response. The company owner plays POssom. No hear, no see, no do. Just play death.
.What I wrote is not everything that this company has done to make my life miserable. I have lost my husband in a very traumatic way April 5, and I do not need this type of mistreatment.
PLEASE. Never hire this outfit.

Do not ever use their services. They are flakey and do not show up when they say they will show up and they do shoddy work. We had them re-do the entire plumbing in our house (pipes, new water tank, new water pump and new water heater). A few months after they did everything, our new water pump broke and would not shut off (which can burn out the motor). We called them. They said they would come out and made an appointment with us. They never showed. Called the next day and they said they would come out. They sent a person who didn't know how to work on pumps. This guy told us that the person who had installed our pump had been fired because there were several complaints about this same type of problem and that this guy had neglected to install the pressure gauge. Called again. They said they would be out the next day. Meanwhile, we have to turn the pump on and off in order to have water in the house. The next day, another guy shows up and ""fixes"" the pump. Sometime in the middle of the night, it breaks. Has another problem. So, no water in the house. Have to keep the pump shut off because of the terrible noise it was making. Had to stay home from work. Called again (at 7:30 am). Said they would be out as soon as possible. By 2:00 pm, still a no show. When called, was told they were still in Gig Harbor. There was no way they were going to be there that day. AND WE DON'T HAVE WATER (toilets don't work, no showers, no water to drink, no water to cook with, etc.) Called another plumber who said they would be here within an hour. New plumber came and asked me to turn the pump on. I did and he immediately had me turn it back off. He asked to see our tank (which is also new and next to our water heater). He told me that our water heater is not up to code. I told him it was brand new and just installed. We have to get that fixed. To add insult to injury, it's going to cost us $1,600 to fix the mess they created and to fix everything they did wrong and we have to pay another company to take care of it. Oh....and the brand new pump is not at the end of its life cycle - and it's only a couple months old. So mad!

Worst decision of a plumbing establishment to call. If I could give a zero I would. I had this appointment scheduled several weeks out, had to reschedule due to a death in the family (which later was thrown in my face by Heath that we cancelled on them- this was of course not because we wanted to cancel unfortunately we could not control this). I called back to reschedule, we have a home warranty and they wanted to add a $125-$200 inspection fee and a trip charge. I was fine with the trip charge as the home is in Packwood and they are in OLYMPIA, but the Inspection fee was told to me by Tenisha would not be charged at our primary home but since we have to call it in- there is an extra fee. And between the first appointment and the second the trip charge increased and the inspection fee was added on. We offered to call the home warranty to minimize costs- no fee would still be added. Also, on their website it states "" provide fast and reliable service that will ensure your project gets done in a timely manner."" This is not true at all as I had called them several times to understand all their fees and make sure they would come out on the scheduled date. I even talked to Heath, and of course a no show on the day of the appointment & no call to me. I had to follow up and both Tenisha & Heath were very rude on the phone. Tenisha still questioning me about the inspection fee, which Heath & I had already solved. I was a little upset to say the least- but only because there was no follow up and there was no customer service and because of the disrespect they showed first on the phone. He's had asked me to send in a photo of our shower Faucet, I sent that in. Supposedly, they sent me a reply like at 4:30 PM yesterday and it went to my junk mail. You would think they would follow up with a phone call, but no and a no-show for the appointment. When I called to follow up all they could say was we emailed you. What about the appointment- all he could say was that they were plumbing for another house. Obviously we were not top priority.I am a small business owner and understand the commitment and customer service that is needed to uphold a top notch service- TROPHY PLUMBING IS NOT A BUSINESS I RECOMMEND AT ALL, bad customer service, not reliable!

I would not recommend Trophy Plumbing as the installation of my neo corner shower stall was not done correctly. There is a gap between the glass wall and glass door that allows the water to go onto the floor. Work took 21 days for this kit installation. Their main concern was wanting there final payment even before the work was done. A letter was sent to Trophy Plumbing and the Better Business Bureau of my concerns on the installation problems with no response to the BBB or me.

Nick from Trophy Plumbing helped us install a gas line to upgrade our electric oven to propane. During the install he didn't read about how the oven should have been set up he just pulled things apart and left screws out that should have been in the oven. He complained the entire time he was doing the installation. He slammed our old oven down in the garage. The following day we went to use the oven and it filled our entire house with propane setting off alarms and making us sick. We called right away to try to get it corrected. When he called back he simply stated that he did the installation right and we were basically on our own. I'm not impressed with this company and will never use their service again. I'm glad my children were not home while our home filled with gas. :(

When my husband went to check out the hook up so we could order a new oven we discovered it had never been installed. We called trophy plumbing (the company that was supposed to have installed it already) and they gave us a bid for $1300. The new owner was rude and unprofessional. The funny thing is we got two more bids and they were for $400 and $350. I would never trust a company that tries to charge over a thousand dollars more than other places for a job that was supposed to have been completed by the company in the first place. At first I was sad because I had waited for a working oven for two years and the cost seemed so high, now that we found out it was really just one company trying to take advantage of us and not the real cost of the job, I feel more disgusted with how they treated us but glad to not have such dishonest people working on our home. Joe the old owner was nice the new owner not so much. It's too bad they are running a good name into the ground. Hope that out of our bad experience letting people know at least keeps others from being taken advantage of in the future. Do your research and definitely get several bids.

I would rate a zero if I could. They said they are commission based which would explain why the on site rep trashed the old owners character and then lied about my install. Told me my fittings we no longer made and my Counterstrike gas line was cheap. Said I needed to install a whole new line and quoted $1,300. I called their supplier and they said yes they have my fittings and the black counter strike is the better line. Trophy Plumbing LLC wanted to install the cheaper yellow line saying it was better. They are either lairs or incompetent? Not trustworthy in my book.

As a Landlord I needed a competitively priced and completely reliable service company. Chris was spot on with his estimate. He completed the entire job very quickly and ensured I was notified upon completion. His interaction with my tenant was completely professional and minimally intrusive. I recommend him without reservations.
