Andy was very clean professional and punctual. I was hesitant to use them because of a 1 star review I noticed but decided that everyone has an off day and Andy was super helpful and knowledgeable. We are still working on our plumbing issue but glad he was able to pinpoint the problem. Unfortunately the issue is greater than what we thought it was.

Most concientious plumber we've ever used. Andy tackled a project other plumbers refused (replace tiled in old 60's rusted cast iron kitchen sink with stainless steel) He even located replacement tiles and had them installed. He made several trips to HD for parts, not a quick drive.
He showed up when he said he would & the project came out great!
Recommended and will use again.

I called Saturday and Andy said he would come, then called back and asked to come Sunday morning. I agreed but have now been waiting an hour beyond the appointed time. I have called him, and no response. Bad experience!

Just before noon on a Friday my wife found the water line coming into the house leaking. There was a small pin hole leaking water. I put out a project request and not long after posting that request I got a call from Trophy Plumbing. Within an hour help arrived. The repair job was started immediately and before you now it everything was fine. 3 hours from the time the leak was found until the job was really amazing. Nice job. will definitely keep this outfit on my speed dial.

I found Andy through a Yelp project search and he was available on Easter to unclog my kitchen sink backup! The response was quick. He was kind and efficient and knowledgeable. What else would you want from a plumber? I will definitely use him and Trophy Plumbing again, when the need arises. Hopefully not for a long time! Haha

Andy and his plumbing services were a lifesaver! We woke up to a leak causing flooding in our laundry room and basement early Saturday morning, and Andy was there within an hour of calling him. He was prompt, professional and super easy to work with. He was also upfront about all his pricing before proceeding with any work to ensure we were in agreement. It was helpful that he walked us through the details of the work that needed to be done, and he was honest throughout the process. We could not recommend his services enough- thank you again, Andy!

I cannot recommend Andy enough. I had a bit of a water pipe emergency and Andy called me back within 1 hour and told me that he can come out to my house within the hour. He came at 9pm in the pouring rain here in Los Angeles.

As soon as he arrived, he put on shoe covers, explained to me everything that needed to be done, and was extremely helpful and courteous.

If I can give this business 6 stars, I would. Highly, Highly recommend.

He was quick to offer to come out if it was an emergency, and gave me a time frame for his next availability. I opted to have him come out the next morning and he was communicative, and contacted me due to an earlier time becoming available.
