I needed my water heater pilot to be replaced. Was told by other plumbers I need to replace the entire pilot unit, which would have cost me over $300.00. I called Tromborg and they knew how to replace the pilot without replacing the entire unit. Saved me over $150!

Stanley at Tromborg was amazing. During the height of this crazy weather, he squeezed in a visit to my 98-year old mother who is living alone. Her gas stove was out due to a faulty gas line valve and Stanley dropped in very short notice to repair it. In truth (don't tell anyone this) but I don't think he even charged her. What an amazing person and company!!

We were taking care of a flat in San Francisco for a friend, and the toilet was leaking. Two doors down, Tromborg Royal Plumbing were doing a job, and I walked over and asked if they could take a look when they were done. Instead, they followed me back to the flat and spent half an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. I am still flabbergasted at the level of customer service. Very professional, and the nicest people I have met in SF!

My wife has been doing business with these guys for decades and they have been consistently providing us with great service. We were recently forced, due to a PG&E program, to deal with California Energy and had huge problems with them. When one of the units they put in two years ago went down, we called Tromborg and, once again, they came though for us (clearly no hard feelings on their end). When my wife called late morning they recognized her and said they were very busy but would fit us in between 3PM and 6PM. They got here at 4PM and we were back up and running by 4:30PM (dirty flame sensor - after only 2 years! Not good Trane). We highly recommend them for fast competent, and reasonably prices service.

Tromborg Royal replaced our 43 year old furnace with a new one. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. Bryant, the technician, clearly knows his work. He put in a full day and returned to finish up as promised the next day. We are delighted with our new, energy efficient furnace! It feels really good to have found a local, family owned business we can rely on for any future plumbing or heating needs. We will recommend them again and again!

We bought our home in 2006 and the previous owners of 30+ years highly recommended them for any plumbing and heating problems with the house. My water heater gave up 2 years ago and Luis came out and banged out the job. Recently I had a issue with the pilot light and no hot water, called Tromborg (7pm) and they were here no less than 15 minutes assessed the issue, replaced the faulty part all within 45 minutes. Family owned business and they treated me like family, these guys are AWESOME! If you are not using Tromborg for your heating and plumbing then you probably paid too much and got crappy service. Do yourself a favor and call them NOW if you have any plumbing or heating issues.

They are prompt, considerate, and highly professional. They clean up and put everything back as they found it.
We trust them so much, we can leave the house while they're working in it, and just let them do what they need to do.

Tromborg is a true family-owned business with all the benefits of what that SHOULD mean: responsive, friendly, fairly-priced. I've been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed with their service or work for the minor to the more complex problems. It's difficult to find a plumber that fits this description but I have and I'm sticking with them.

I think they do really good. What ever the problems are I see them sweat they really get the job done I feel so bad cause I had an altercation with the tall white guy but now I feel bad about it he works hard and he's cute I feel bad cause I was yelling at him outside but they all do a great job and they get the job done. I would like to see the tall guy again so I can apologize.I would pic them for the job cause they work hard.
