What a bunch of scammers ! I was quoted a different price verbally and not in paper , shouldn't have trusted JAsoN!!! He lied to me

And then all of a sudden no one can help me !!!!

Please use another business very untrustworthy !!!

Recorded line ? Lol who is the customer service rep ok dude small business . one office manager 3 employees . Scam and I'm calling a family home business line number I'm not calling 4 seasons? And speaking to Jason on cell phones ??? Address issues and I use a name to protect my identity From retaliation .

People beware and read how he doesn't address the issue and blames another person ! What kind of business is this and after reading google reviews and other yelp reviews this guy obviously is used to trolling and creating fake reviews , read all his reviews and see he's a fake

I live in Evanston and my sister lives in the family home in Evergreen Park. The house is old and is always experiencing some problem or another. This review is long overdue. I can't say enough good things about the people at Trojan Plumbing. A year or two ago the hot water heater was turning off mysteriously. She didn't know who to call. So I checked reviews on Yelp and told her to call Trojan. They sent out the nicest guy who showed her how to turn the water heater back on when it shut off. She ended up getting a new one from them. On a Saturday in October, the rain would not let up. Water was streaming into the house. She called me and I told her to call Trojan. Jason showed up and investigated. He figured out the source of the water was clogged gutters. Did he pack up and leave? Nope! He got on a ladder and started cleaning out the gutters...in the pouring rain! That's the kind of company they are. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Very very disappointing experience with Trojan Plumbing. First they didn't show up when they originally said they were coming. When Joe showed up he didn't have a simple part, cartridge for a leaky shower. Again he didn't show when he said he was supposed to. Finally when Josh and helper showed up, they installed the cartridge to fix my leaky shower. Suddenly I have a new problem of pipes banging every time I shut off all faucets in my home. The banging is coming from the same spot that he installed the cartridge. He was to come the following week but never showed up or called. I finally called him to tell him how disappointed I was in his service and the extra cost he caused me to have. He did not take responsibility for the problem even though I was standing there when his helper pulled hard on the old cartridge and said "" that was a hard one to get out!"" I had to hire another plumber to fix this problem which still hasn't been fixed. Trojan charged me $215 for a $25 part and caused an even bigger problem than I originally had. The 2nd Plummer has charged me $300 so far. Josh talks way too much and should pay more attention to what he is doing.

Wow! We are so impressed with Trojan Plumbing Company and with Joe in particular. Our water heater decided it was plenty old and sprung several leaks late Thursday night. On Friday, two co-workers recommended Trojan Plumbing. I called and spoke with Michelle who gave me a quote on a new water heater, installation, and hauling away the old one. I had already called several other plumbers and the quote was right in the ballpark. Michelle was very empathetic, but sadly informed me she would not be able to schedule the work until the following Monday. I was disappointed (hot showers are a good thing!) and proceeded to call other plumbers. Within five minutes of hanging up with Michelle, she called me back to let me know she spoke with Joe and he would be able to do the job at 7:00am on Saturday morning! She said she understood how important hot water is and did not want us to go through the entire weekend without it! Joe had several other jobs already scheduled for Saturday, but he was willing and able to start bright and early for us.

Joe arrived on time, assessed the situation, and began work immediately. He replaced pipes, adjusted loose fittings on surrounding pipes, and inspected the entire area. He removed the old water heater and replaced that workhorse with a beautiful and efficient new model. Joe also did a great job cleaning up the area in which he worked.

Joe was kind and personable, obviously caring about the job he did as well as representing Trojan Plumbing in a very positive way. If we owned a plumbing company, we would definitely try and hire him away!!!! (We don't...so don't worry Trojan!)

We will absolutely recommend Trojan Plumbing to our friends and family. It's good to know they travel within a 20 mile radius of Alsip. When there are so many companies to choose from, and with customer service often being at the bottom of the importance barrel, Trojan stepped up and showed us there is amazing service still out there! Thank you Joe, Michelle, and Trojan Plumbing. Off to wash dishes and get that hot water going!

Highly recommend, friendly, approachable, reliable. Sent a message to request service on Thursday. Jason called within 90 minutes and arranged to come out Saturday. I had to reschedule for Monday and did so via text. Jason gave me an hour time frame and arrived a few minutes late, but no biggie. He fixed our leaky kitchen faucet in under an hour. We will definitely use them again!

Jason scheduled me pretty quickly and was on time. The problems are quality of work and professionalism. In general quality of work was mediocre but not terrible. However in an 8-unit condo building we had a big leak into the 1st floor back hallway and storage area that started 6 months ago. There is a long outside drain set in concrete with a drain gate next to the building. About 6 months ago I asked Jason if the drain being clogged could be the reason for the leak. He said it looked fine. Now (6 months later) i ran out of other solutions to the leak and pulled the drain covers anyway. The drain was a mess and completely clogged. I tool 5 gallons of sludge/debris out of the trough and another 3 gallons out of the actual drain after rodding 25 ft. It runs great now and there has been no leak so far (though it hasn't rained hard yet). 6 months of leak and damage and stress could have been avoided. The professionalism issue happened 2 weeks ago. I had called Jason's office to schedule a visit. Jason called me that evening and told me to never act ""snippy"" and like such a ""dick"" to his secretary again. I had and have no idea what he is talking about, I told Jason I resented his call and thought it unprofessional. He said he would talk to his secretary and call me back, He never did.

We have paid Trojan $3005 over the course of about a year for several jobs. The date he told me the drain looked fine was 7/13/16.

My water heater went out last night. I called three plumbers. Trojan called me back first. Instead of rushing to come to my home to fix it, the person on the phone talked to me about shutting off the water and waiting until the morning to save me $350 for the after hours fee. He gave me a quote on the phone (that was a comparable price) and promised someone would be out at 9 a.m.

The guys were here at 8:37 a.m. to replace the water heater, which they did quickly. When they were turning the water back on, they said they thought water was on somewhere in the house and had me check my upstairs bathroom. Sure enough, the bathtub faucet was on and I couldn't turn it off. They fixed that, too, and were done before 10 a.m.

Instead of running up my costs, they only did the repair work needed (replace the shower stem valve). Then, they gave me a 50% discount on that work and a small credit on the overall bill. I was VERY happy with the work and the cost. I will definitely use Trojan for my future plumbing needs. Thorough and quality job, friendly people, decent prices. Can't beat that!
