If I could give no stars, I would. My experience was terrible, oddly enough I was referred to Trojan Plumbing because a colleague used them at her home and business. I called them because the toilet in my elderly and disabled mother's bathroom was clogged and I had a leaky bathroom faucet. I was given an appointment for 2 days later. Fine. On the day of, 1 hr before they were to show up, I was called and told one of their trucks had broken down and if they came out that night, I would be charged an after hours fee. That was my first clue to just cancel. When I told them that was not fair, they said they would waive the fee. When they arrived they unclogged the toilet ($275), and ""fixed"" my leaky faucet ($325). The faucet was still leaking before they left and his assistant told him, it is still leaking. Then I was told well water has to go up into the shower head, then go down the faucet before any leaking would stop. That could take about 10 mins. Then he left. You know what happened? Yep the faucet kept leaking. I sent video etc. He came out again and replaced the faucet cartridge and again, it leaked. So I have put in 3 calls and 2 months later, I still have a leaky faucet. Not worth the money or the time with these guys. Also a side note: if you are going to charge premium prices, which I don't mind paying then fix the problem, or come up with a game plan on next steps, and bring your own towels and rags to use. For $35 you can go to Sams Club and buy a box of 1000 rags . Don't charge the client and then use their supplies. A total waste of money. Beware.

I rarely write reviews here but I hope this one allows other folks to avoid this company.

I called Trojan back in January to come out and look at a sink attachment that had broken and a toilet that was taking a long time to fill. Not extremely pressing issues, but ones that needed to be fixed in the near future.

The plumber came out, he checked everything out, and told me he'd be ordering the parts and would provide me with an estimate of the work in the next few days.

It is now mid-April. That plumber never called me back. I've called the company at least twice a week seeking some kind of answer and the receptionists assure me that someone will get in touch shortly. They never do.

If you'd like for whatever your issue is to remain an issue while Trojan Plumbing ignores your calls and doesn't follow through on their work, this is definitely the company for you.

Now that I'm also in charge of my building's finances, I'm going to make sure that we don't use Trojan for the building either. They're not dependable and they don't seem to care about their customers at all.

If I could give zero stars (or negative ones) I would have done so.

This is the second time I needed to use Trojan for urgent repairs to the plumbing system at my home, both inside and out. Jason H. and crew responded to my call right away and were ready to go! Jason came out and located the source of the water within 5 minutes! He is a great leader, recognized the extent of the damage and knew what needed to be done! He was able to correct the problem in my home and get the source repaired, sump pump going and water draining from my home. Please, if you have plumbing needs, call Trojan Plumbing Company, Inc., and ask for Jason! His team will come out and handle your needs in a timely fashion.

I needed a plumber to replace the shower mixing valve. I had no problem setting up an appointment. The guys who came out were able to complete the job in a little over an hour. Their work was clean and professional. I am very happy with their work quality.

We had 4 old faucets replaced, and 2 slow bathroom drains addressed, they sent 2 guys so we weren't inconvenienced to home all day, very professional, clean & knowledgeable. Thank you Trojan Plumbing!

Thank you to Jason, Shane and his helper. They were able to fix my drain pipe in our bathtub. The cleaned up after themselves and while at work, they explained the finished work to me. Used them multiple times and will again. Customer service driven business.

I had a problem with sewer odor coming from my sump pump basin.
I contacted Trojan plumbing and after paying $95.00
They suggested pouring water and bleach into the basin, which didn't resolve the issue.
I contacted another plumbing service and they installed a radon mitigation basin cover and my problem was resolved.

They are not cheap. Not many plumbers are. However, they are very good at what they do. I usually work with Jason and he has always fixed whatever issue I have. They must be good because its usually two or three days to get an appointment. I'll keep going with these guys.
