Richard is my go-to for anything HVAC related. On top of being knowledgeable down to a science for anything related in his line of work. The guy is trustworthy and a gem of a person. When issues in my system came up, I called Richard! He always goes the extra mile and does his absolute best to understand why problems occur and address those issues rather than slap Band-Aids onto systems like other companies have done in past. Great guy, Great company. Excellent sense of humor.

Richard of Trivett Mechanical did a wonderful job for me this weekend. I called Richard when my A/C went out on Friday. I was concerned that I would be without A/C over the weekend, but Richard said he would come out as soon as he'd completed his current job. And he did. He diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. The repair cost for my 8-year old unit was going to be pretty high, but Richard was able to offer me an excellent price on a new unit, and could come out on Saturday to install it. I liked this idea better. Richard came out on Saturday and installed the new unit. He was here for several hours and did a superb job. I now have a brand new unit humming away and I'm one happy customer. I would definitely recommend Trivett Mechanical. They'll be my ""go to"" from here on out.

Don't ever use this company! New system installed in April i've had to call them 3 times to repair it and still not fixed. Called again today, Dwayne said he would come check it out and still waiting, 3 hours later. This company is shady AF. They are negligent knowing there is a baby in the home and refusing to correctly fix the unit. If you want a knowledgeablecontractor to install your HVAC system don't call these people.
