Last evening we had a flusher failure at our business which shut down our rest rooms causing issues for today.
Tritz was quick to respond, Jeff Evans came out showed me a new way to isolate the individual units to prevent a total shut. He was on time, quick and clean. He got our facility back up and operational in very short order. Today's repair is just one of several great jobs they have done for our business.

Mark R.During the visit from Tritz Plumbing, an associate sprayed sewer water on me, and it landed on my elbow. This unexpected and unpleasant experience was incredibly discomforting and distressing. The feeling of having sewer water on my skin left me feeling repulsed and helpless. This incident was entirely unwarranted and unacceptable from a professional service provider. I strongly urge the company to address the behavior of their associates to prevent similar distressing incidents from happening to other customers. One star, solely due to the distress and discomfort caused by this incident. Also outlandish to charge 134,000 dollars for a toilet check up. Please give me feedback on my experience.
Big job, sent one plumber over a few months. Should have been a team of people for this size job. Part way through the owner asked for payment before they would schedule another day for the plumber to come over. I brought payment that same day to keep the job moving. I would stay far away from this company!! Unprofessional
I called this company to replace an outdoor faucet. The plumber they sent out was friendly, but that's the only positive experience I had with his company. When I initially called in, I told them the exact type of faucet, exactly what I wanted it replaced with, and exactly what it would take to do that. When the plumber showed up to do the job, he did not have the parts he needed. This to me indicates a total failure of communication within the company. He had to immediately go somewhere to get the parts, which took at least a half hour. To make a long story short, he spent less than a half hour working on the plumbing at my house, but I was billed for an hour and 15 minutes. To replace a faucet. The billing clerk I talked with on the phone was stubborn and argumentative. My best advice is to avoid this company at all cost. You may end up paying considerably more than the job is worth. In my experience, this company is long on excuses and short on professionalism.
Adding insult to injury, we discovered after he left that the supply side shut off valve for our entire house was now leaking. Since we were leaving town the next day, we had to call whatever plumbing company could come out on an emergency call. The amazingly helpful and friendly plumber from that other company just tightened the nut on top of the faucet and the leak stopped. He also commented that no responsible plumber should have left our house with the supply side faucet leaking. The other plumber also reduced his charge to just the minimum rate for a regular call. That other plumbing company will get my business from now on.
Looking at their other reviews, it appears Tritz Plumbing can't seem to get out of their own way.
Absolutely APPALLING business!
I called Tritz at the recommendation of a friend because I had some water backing up my main plumbing stack and leaking out of a connecting elbow. First, when I indicated what the problem was to the individual on the phone, they sent out a plumber who had been told a very different problem. I'd explained that the problem was a backup in our main sewer line, but they sent out someone to look at a leaking bathtub. It took the tech several hours to finally replicate the problem that I thought I had pretty clearly articulated on the phone. He came back the next day with a camera and attempted to snake the line, then attempted to use a blowbag to push debris through. The camera found sludge buildup, the plumber suggested that we likely had a belly in our main line. This work didn't solve the problem, but did push some debris into a connecting line which caused our basement to back up. They had to come back the next day to snake that side of the home. They then sent out an estimator to consider tearing up my basement floor to replace the ""belly"" they thought they'd found - they also suggested that I had two main lines and that the initial problem and the basement backup were unrelated. I received a bill TWO MONTHS LATER for a problem that they DID NOT SOLVE. This bill was over $1,000.
I called a competitor for a second opinion because I prefer not to spend tens of thousands of dollars to rip up my basement if it wasn't necessary. Not only did the competition immediately diagnose the problem, they used a jet to clear the debris within a few hours and I paid for the service THAT DAY for HALF of what Tritz charged. They also confirmed via video inspection that Tritz's assessment that I had two main sewer lines was false and that the initial attempts by Tritz to clear the clog caused the backup into my basement.
When I called and spoke to the owner to express my concerns, she was incredibly rude and hung up on me.
Do not use this company, call someone else. I'm considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I can't tell if this is intentionally criminal or just complete incompetence.
Have used this company numerous times for our plumbing needs. We had arranged new appliance install, we thought. Called this morning to get ETA and was told first available is 2 days from now. Spent our holiday weekend doing everything they told us to do...
Taking out old appliances, drying out the area because dishwasher had leaked, water proofing, etc.... The lady on the phone was rude and horrible. I was treated very poorly. The plumber we had last week was amazing but the office staff unresponsive and just plain rude. So now we have no appliances for 2 days. Good thing we rushed to get everything ready for them TODAY!!!
Michele K.called to have a drain opened. They sent a ""drain technician"" who messed around for about a half hour with a snake then informed me a pipe was now broken and called the office. They informed me my pipes were old and that they didn't do anything to break the pipe. They sent out an estimator who quoted me almost 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Dave told me they had to hackney up my new cabinets to get to the pipe. So I called someone else who said he could work from the outside and it would cost less than 200 dollars. Not only did I not need the cabinets destroyed THE PIPE WASN'T EVEN LEAKING.
THESE GUYS ARE STRAIGHT UP CROOKED. And that's a shame. It used to be a good business before they ran around wearing 400 dollar golf jackets to do plumbing estimates.
Creighton R.Quick to get an appointment, quick to diagnose the problem, and quick to resolve the issue. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.
If I could give zero stars I would. I never dealt with a worst customer service company. From the front desk scheduling, to the plumbers to the management themselves. We have now had them to our house 6 times. The first plumber came and said it needed more work but when we call back to schedule don't have him come back because he won't do it. Plumber 3 or 4 said it's was a 2 man job, they continued to scheduled 1 person to come out. This last gentlemen in our home was so incredibly rude ... BANGING on our walls and ceiling with his fists and screaming at us to get our attention. When I have reached out to the company they said they've done their job every time and when I reached out to the owner I got no response or acknowledgement of our concerns. By far, the worst company of people I have ever dealt with.
We would have gone with another company but we thought we would have gotten a bill and didn't want to be paying 2 companies at the same time.
Do not use this company. I called with a problem in my bathroom, sent pictures of the room, the wall, and the plumbing. Was told they could do it no problem. Then when the guy shows up, he said that he could not do it and was rather disrespectful towards me. 1- I am not a plumber, do not talk to me like i should know the exact name of that valve. 2- I sent all the pictures and descriptions to your office beforehand. If there is an internal communication problem in your business, then take it up with your front office, not with me. 3- Don't be a jerk to me in my home!
I asked them to come out because I was told the plumbers could fix the problem. So a guy shows up, says he can't do and that he doesn't know why the office said he could, and then they send me a bill for $85 two months later.
I wasn't going to review them because maybe he was just having a rough day but I just got off the phone with them due to them sending me an invoice two months after the time they came out with a description of work that did not happen. And from the start, the woman I spoke to was yelling at me and once again talking down to me.
Do not use these people. They are either bad people and intentionally did their little bait and switch, or they are incompetent.
