called to have a drain opened. They sent a ""drain technician"" who messed around for about a half hour with a snake then informed me a pipe was now broken and called the office. They informed me my pipes were old and that they didn't do anything to break the pipe. They sent out an estimator who quoted me almost 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS. Dave told me they had to hackney up my new cabinets to get to the pipe. So I called someone else who said he could work from the outside and it would cost less than 200 dollars. Not only did I not need the cabinets destroyed THE PIPE WASN'T EVEN LEAKING.
THESE GUYS ARE STRAIGHT UP CROOKED. And that's a shame. It used to be a good business before they ran around wearing 400 dollar golf jackets to do plumbing estimates.

Quick to get an appointment, quick to diagnose the problem, and quick to resolve the issue. Pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I never dealt with a worst customer service company. From the front desk scheduling, to the plumbers to the management themselves. We have now had them to our house 6 times. The first plumber came and said it needed more work but when we call back to schedule don't have him come back because he won't do it. Plumber 3 or 4 said it's was a 2 man job, they continued to scheduled 1 person to come out. This last gentlemen in our home was so incredibly rude ... BANGING on our walls and ceiling with his fists and screaming at us to get our attention. When I have reached out to the company they said they've done their job every time and when I reached out to the owner I got no response or acknowledgement of our concerns. By far, the worst company of people I have ever dealt with.
We would have gone with another company but we thought we would have gotten a bill and didn't want to be paying 2 companies at the same time.

Do not use this company. I called with a problem in my bathroom, sent pictures of the room, the wall, and the plumbing. Was told they could do it no problem. Then when the guy shows up, he said that he could not do it and was rather disrespectful towards me. 1- I am not a plumber, do not talk to me like i should know the exact name of that valve. 2- I sent all the pictures and descriptions to your office beforehand. If there is an internal communication problem in your business, then take it up with your front office, not with me. 3- Don't be a jerk to me in my home!
I asked them to come out because I was told the plumbers could fix the problem. So a guy shows up, says he can't do and that he doesn't know why the office said he could, and then they send me a bill for $85 two months later.
I wasn't going to review them because maybe he was just having a rough day but I just got off the phone with them due to them sending me an invoice two months after the time they came out with a description of work that did not happen. And from the start, the woman I spoke to was yelling at me and once again talking down to me.
Do not use these people. They are either bad people and intentionally did their little bait and switch, or they are incompetent.

Four weeks ago I called my home warranty company for a small leak on the tile of my laundry room. The home warranty brought in Tritz plumbing. The man, Mike, came into my house, snaked my line 75 feet and said he found nothing. I asked him what was wrong with it then. He said, and I quote, ""I don't know."" I asked him if he thought he fixed the problem. He said, ""I don't know."" I told him that I could hear gurgling noises coming out of my kitchen sink. He went and listened and said, ""Boy, you stumped me. I don't know."" I paid him and he left. In addition, he turned my air conditioner down from 74 to 68 because it was ""too hot"" for him to work. There appeared to be no leak for about 2 days, so I thought whatever he did while snaking my line, he must have pushed a clog through or something. Day 3 I came home from work with a basement full of water. About 3 inches deep. Everything saturated. I called Tritz and my home warranty again. Again, Mike came out a couple days later. He snaked it to 85 feet and said he found roots there. He also told me that the water was just rain water and nothing more. My kids and I moved furniture out and up to another room as we waded through the ""rain"" water. Mike said he'd contact the home warranty and get back with me. 4 days went by. I finally called Tritz. They said they'd get back to me. All the while, my basement is still soaked. The next day when I hadn't heard from Tritz, I called again. They said they'd call the warranty company again. Was this a warranty issue or a Tritz issue? I believe they are both at fault. Tritz knew what was happening and that something needed to happen fast. They were negligent in my opinion. I now have a VERY hefty bill to fix everything that I believe could have been avoided if they had done their due diligence and diagnosed it right away instead of saying, ""I don't know"".

Quick and reliable. Unless it's an emergency they can get to your issue within 48 hours. Came to my house and replaced two toilets and fixed another one in less than 3 hours. Will call again if I ever need them.

I called Tritz Plumbing to find a leak that went into our kitchen. They came out promptly and suggested it may be the 2nd floor bathtub. But after opening up the wall to see under the tub, the guy said he couldn't see a leak and suggested we just ""keep an eye on it"".

I asked for a fuller explanation and they said I could make an appointment to estimate the cost of repair (or replacing the tub if it was cracked). I made the appointment, but Tritz didn't show up. They also didn't even call. I took the day off work for nothing. Guess I will find someone else.

Wish if they didn't want the job they would just SAY SO instead of leave me hanging like this.

Our home warranty company sent this company out. I've always been cautious about companies but we've had the best experience with them under difficult circumstances. Our Home Warranty company took an easy situation and turned it into a nightmarish battle with 2 days of back and forth phone calls between myself, the plumber and their secretary. The plumbing company handled the drama with dignity and grace and did a phenomenal job. They were prompt, courteous and did their utmost to help us out. I'm going to drop the warranty company, but always go to them for my plumbing future needs. You won't be disappointed!

Ps. They're very affordable and won't rake you over the coals.
