Mark and his team redid our kitchen 2 years ago. The attention to detail and communication was top notch. Reasonably priced. Always came to us with options when something came up (as it usually does when redoing a kitchen!) Our bathroom is next on our ""to do"" list and you bet we'll call Mark for his . Mark offered great service and I would definitely hire Tritto Enterprises again in the future. I have a recurring issue that my bathtub is backing up. He came out and snaked it and offered a realistic course of action if the backup persists in a few months. His pricing is reasonable and his communication and service is quick.

Mark answered right away when I called regarding our sump pump issues (it stopped working after the summer of heavy rain). He could replace it the next day and made sure the water flowed out as expected before closing up the bucket. Mark and his helper were very polite and knowledgeable. They did a very good and clean job.

I hired Mark to remodel a bathroom at the beginning of June started off good but after three weeks Mark never showed up couldn't get in touch with him no return phone call showed up to days later said he was on other job not professional at all and the list goes on and on he cuts corners everywhere A lot of mistakes in the tiling the shower doors they put up we're unsafe because he didn't put them together right sharp edges at the end of the top rail no screws to hold the rail on toilet tank wasn't level leaking at the bottom walls were not straight when you take a shower water leaks all over the floor because the dummy never put a bead of caulking between the tub and bottom of the shower door rail all the grout is starting to loosen up he walked off the job One day because my 93-year-old mother kind of told him off she couldn't deal with him never showing up not working through the whole day taking off in an hour if I could give him no stars I would this guy is a joke he just abandoned the project never finished the job it's a mess also left sheet rock and piles of wood outside against the house I would stay away from tritto contactor if that's what you want to call him you've been warned

I'm very happy that I hired Tritto Enterprises (Tritto Family Contracting) for my home repair needs. I hired them to remodel my kitchen in a home I purchased last year. The project was completed in a timely manner, the finished product was excellent, and the price was affordable. I rehired them recently to replace siding on the house and again the service was excellent.

Tritto Enterprises was hired to repair a chimney cap and try to fix a ice problem on our roof. We had issues with an ice dam and Mark installed some heating cables with the hope of melting the snow enough that the roof wouldn't become saturated and create water problems inside. After the first snow storm, some of the cable clamps he had installed in the roof to secure the cable had became dislodged. I called Mark and he said he would be out there within a few days. Even getting his certificate of insurance was a struggle.

Six months later and Mark still hasn't shown up (obviously, he isn't planning to). Phone calls and emails were never returned.

Poor workmanship and poor service. Look elsewhere for any type of work he performs.

I got a recommendation from a friend that Tritto Enterprises did excellent work when it came to various things including home improvement. I'm very happy that I listened because I have had Mark do several things for me. My house has wood siding and a lot of the boards were rotting out due to basic wear and tear, weather erosion, etc. Mark replaced a lot of the siding in a timely manner at a very good price. Mark is definitely a jack of all trades when it comes to handy man work. He has knowledge in many different areas. He's also done some fencing for me, replaced a window and replaced and installed new kitchen cabinets as well. He even did some small plumbing work on a bathroom sink for me. If something needs to be done and you want the job done correctly, I would not hesitate to use Tritto Enterprises. Mark definitely has a loyal customer in me.

I recently hired Mark Tritto to install a outdoor flood light, And put up a new railing for me....He ran all new electricity,And made sure everything was up to code....He arrived on time, And finished both jobs in quick fashion....I was most impressed by his overall knowledge of basically everything in his field....The last contractor I hired never showed up and we all know in this day in age time is precious...I would hire Mark Tritto again without hesitation....From craftsmanship to cleanliness to explaining everything he was doing I had a very pleasant experience, and would highly recommend him.
