Our general contractor, who was admittedly miserable, contracted with Triton to do all of the plumbing work for our home. On day 1 of living in the home we had 2 floods that they took responsibility for, but haven't paid the restoration invoice for and thus we were sent to collections. In addition to the floods and thousands of dollars of damage, our master shower didn't work for over a month. The team doesn't take responsibility and completely finish their work. We also have asked for them to finish open items for the past 5 months and we get finger pointing to other contractors when the work is specifically for the plumber. I would stay away from this contrator.

We had a water heater replaced- excellent, quick service - left no mess behind - price was reasonable - the price paid was the price agreed to even though there were several set-backs that were unforeseen - AND he upgraded my system to meet current building and seismic codes, at no extra cost. Highly recommend their service. I WILL call Triton again when I need professional help.

We used this company as our home warranty company had them come out for another job in the house. While he was there I had him look at another issue in the house. Our pressure regulator valve in the house was leaking and we needed to replace it. He did the job for $225 and was out of the house. We assumed (yeah i know) that the job was completed correctly. We didn't realize that he left the water shut off valve leaking. We never inspected his work afterward (again I know). 2 weeks later in the adjoining room we noticed our brand new carpet in the room was wet. We checked the shut off valve and it was leaking about a drip every 1-2 seconds. There was water pooling in the wall. We called our home warranty people and they sent a different company to look at the new leak. After maybe 5 seconds in he said the packing nut was loose. He tightened it up and it was fixed. I paid them their co pay for my plan of $60 and they were on their way. I called Triton and spoke to Greg. He said its standard policy for his people to tighten that packing nut but they can get loose as the valves are opened and closed. I told him that his guy was the last one to touch it. We had not opened or closed it at all. He said that the packing inside could have shrunk. I replied with it is hard to believe that it would go from no drip to a drip that bad. He said that he would ask his guy if he remembers if he tightened the packing nut on my valve. (I am sure he would say oh no I saw it was leaking but decided to leave because it was clock-out time) In Greg's mind apparently it is impossible for his guy (whom was the last to touch it) that he could have messed up. Now we have to pay to have new carpet pad in the in the room and to have the carpet re stretched. We will also have to replace the wet sheetrock and repaint our wall. Awesome!!! The ""fix"" from Greg was to pay us the co pay for having someone else come in and fix the packing nut tightening. In the meantime we will be out for new carpet pad, sheetrock and painting and reinstalling the pad and carpet. Not happy with the work nor the customer service.

Affordable and Professional - A friend of mine who is a contractor referred me to Greg at Triton Plumbing. He was very affordable, professional and didn't rip me off. My hot water heater went out and I didn't want to deal with any of the huge plumbing companies in Salt Lake City that charge you an arm and a leg and send some technician out to try and upsell you. That's why my friend referred me to Triton. Greg did a great job, gave me a good deal on a decent brand and got my hot water back quickly!
