A year ago I filed a claim with and I paid over 700 dollars for my share of bill since they paid 1000 and it lasted 6 months and I had to hire a real plumber to replace the junk water heater they gave me and the 2 guys that came out left my back door open to drain it and left for 2 hours to attend to another job . Now today I called Iowa American water Insurance due to plumbing issues with toilet and shower after I plunged the heck out of it since its 90 degrees out and have a special needs daughter that needed a shower and use bathroom and Triton arrived and stated well you don't have a outside clean out so I can't do anything for you and I don't visualize any problems and its hot out here and can't help you ! This guy claimed he is a supervisor Triton came out last time and did a great job with drain auger and actually used it and didn't just stand there for 3 minutes and left !After I paid 50 dollars to Iowa American water Insurance this company is worthless save your money and call Roto-rooter or Northwest plumbing

Don't use this company!!!!! First of all the lady answering the phone is very rude. Had to have a water heater replaced and because we used a home warranty program, we were charge $1000 over what it normally cost!! They got my $1600.00 for the install PLUS another $1000 from the home warranty company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had Triton come install a Toliet after they left I noticed Toliet was lifting on one side. Called them they sent someone out he arrived with no tools had to borrow them from us. After he left Toliet still was lifting up. Called again and was told it wasn't their fault but my floor or new Toliet was off and if they came out again I would be charged. So why would I pay them again if the first 2 times they couldn't fix.

Not a great place my toilet was leaking. They did not fix the problem very well. I will be calling another plumbing company to fix their mistake. Would not recommend.

American Water dispatched Triton Plumbing Services for some repairs covered under my in home plumbing warranty. The company is great. Luke was my plumber and he went over the process in detail before beginning, advising me a timeline and everything that was covered. The work looks amazing. I no longer have a leak in my basement and am very happy. Not to mention there truck looks amazing.

They do not stand by there work. Two weeks ago they repaired my kitchen faucet and almost immediately it was evident that the repair was not properly done. This was confirmed by DELTA the faucet manufacturer, who supplied a new faucet. When I called Triton to install the new faucet they wanted to be paid in full for the work even though their initial repair failed and was contrary to DELTA's recommendation. Needless to say I retained another firm to do the work.

Twice now I've have to contact them for short notice jobs and both times they were able to help me out. Very pleasant and understanding both in the office and the plumbers.

They do not respond to service calls for the equipment they install. They will ignore your calls and then claim they never received them, especially the HVAC side. This is not the way to run a business.

Complete rip off. They installed a water heater in 2012, it stopped working in 2017. Called them to fix under warranty, they claim they have no records cause their computers were stolen, then drove from Davenport to Taylor Ridge (20min) and blamed the problem on ""bad water"" and did NOTHING to water heater, then chagred my credit card $166........giving 1 star is to generous......stay away from this company!

They were great :-) everything you would expect from a good reliable company they did above and beyond being good. :-)
