Keith L.We hired Tritek Plumbing, owned by Rene Garcia, for plumbing and HVAC installation on our home addition, but I would not recommend his services. Here's what went wrong:
Early in the project, Rene got into a lengthy and heated argument with one of his employees, disrupting our work-from-home day. He never addressed or apologized for the incident.
Several other professionals on-site informed us that Rene's work was subpar. We ended up hiring another plumber to fix and finish the job.
Rene left a leaking pipe hidden in the wall, which we're now reporting to the contractors' board.
One of the AC units he installed developed significant problems within a year, and Rene ignored all our attempts to reach him for repairs.
