This I place is a joke !! Showed up 3 hours late and smelled like alcohol!! They checked my water heater and said it needs to be replaced . I asked them to leave and called the office and they said I was crazy for saying such a thing!! Frankly I'm insulted at the way they spoke with me and I don't know how this place is even in business !! DONT NOT CALL THESE GUYS!! Worse place ever!!

Tritan Plumbing is unreliable and tried to get me to paymore than what they quoted. They tried to reschedule two times and then Jack the price from $1650.00 to $2200.00.

Sorry Tritan. Went on home advisor and got 2 quotes within the hour and for $125.00 cheaper than their quote.

Terrible ! Stay Away! First they blame Groupon for not correcting what they said was incorrect statements for the Groupon. Paid $59 for the Groupon for $129 of service. Had a slow flushing toilet. Used air to push it through improved slightly but could not rod it without removing the toilet. Had a leaking faucet, couldn't fix it. Left after paying another $178.00 so with the value of the Groupon over $300 in service. Called back toilet just isnt working correctly and they wouldn't even apply the service fee of $300 already paid against another visit! I could have purchased a new toilet with installation for less. The owner was not interested in customer service just stated...Thats what you pay for a professional plumber... Really? You'd think they could fix the problem too wouldn't you?

This company is so unprofessional. On 1/15/20 I was scheduled to have a plumber come by to look at my leaks in my house and I bought this coupon from Groupon. I followed the instructions and I thought I was getting a great deal but I wasn't. They are so expensive. Just for them to come look at my pipes was very high. The lady who usually does the confirmation is so unprofessional that she hung up on me. They don't even tell you the basic prices until the plumber calls you. DO NOT USE this company. They are highway robbery and unprofessional!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM! Waited over three hours for someone to come take a look at my flooded basement. Our technician, Paul, arrived and dug around in our pipe for approximately 10 minutes (WITHOUT THE PROPER EQUIPMENT, LIKE A SCOPE!) before telling us that our pipe was broken and we would need to tear up our front yard for over $9K to fix the problem. He then proceeded to tell us how ""bad he felt for us"" because we have such a beautiful yard and they cant replace landscaping the way it was before starting the project.
Got a second estimate and GUESS WHAT? Pipe is clean and clear and NOT BROKEN! Imagine that!? I am getting the problem resolved by a reputable company for less than half the price.
This company should be ashamed of themselves. I am certain this is not the first time they have tried to rip someone off. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion before using this company!

BEWARE!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. They were eager to come out to check out my plumbing situation, yet showed up 40 minutes late. The owner, Mickey and his sidekick were at my housefor less than 2 hours, and charged me $1,200 for JUST AN ESTIMATE. They snaked my pipes with a camera, misdiagnosed the problem, and quoted me $25,000. After we told them that we were going to shop around because that price seemed through the roof, they desperately returned saying they'd ""only"" charge $19,000 because I knew his wife. (no idea who she is) They also were pushing us to finance the full amount through their financing company. After they left, we got the opinions of reputable plumbers, and determined that Tritan Plumbing had completely lied to us in our time of desperation. There wasn't a pipe broken under our foundation like they had told us. We had our problem actually fixed for less than what Tritan charged us to come out and assess the situation. They charged us $1,200 for just the service call, no repairs made! On the invoice it says everything they would've done for the $25k, yet provided no service to remedy our problem. I have contacted the company multiple times via email, phone, and text and have left many messages with the owner asking for a detailed invoice for what exactly was $1,200. I have even told them that they misdiagnosed the problem to begin with. I have given them over two weeks to reply and gotten zero response. Once the check was cashed, they wanted nothing to do with me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service, and this company is a RIPOFF.

Absolutely Terrible Service. Period. Gave us hourly rates and then didn't stick to them. Absolutely not clear about their services, gave us flat rates and then started charging extra for toilet installation (even though we bought them the new toilet--which he didn't say he would charge for until after the fact, and its not even on correctly). Didn't send over insurance papers either, then after giving us a discount, the technician says he won't give us a discount. Truly Unprofessional customer service and plumbing service. After we asked for an invoice to give them a check, they said they can't have one sent until check was received. There are many other quality plumbing services out there other than Tritan, make sure to call them instead, otherwise you will end up paying over 1,000 dollars for services that only cost 400.

This company is a total ripoff they tried charging my fiancé $1139.00 to water jet a 5 foot long drain! I called Mickey and he explained he sent out a $600,000 truck and piece of equipment,this was his response as to why the bill was so high. His superintendent Damian would not give us an itemized bill,nor use a credit card to pay.
Do yourself a favor and call another company.
