Had them into my house to replace the humidifier. Allowed myself to be talked into letting them service the 3 systems in my house (for an additional cost). Once the technician finished the humidifier was working fine but the heat pump was out and in need of repair on 2 of the three units. Found it amazing that the sent me the estimate for replacing the motor in one unit but indicated that it was working when they left. Talked to service department and they want to blame it on everyone and everything else.
Just a tip. Don't let these guys fool you. They are as crooked as the rest of their industry.

We have been very satisfied with the service from Tristate, and particularly the technician RJ.

Recently he installed a humidifier on our system. He completed the job as scheduled and then went over thoroughly its use and maintenance.

We got clean, professional work for a reasonable price. Yup, we highly recommend Tri state, and will continue to call on them as needed.

I contracted TriState to replace a broken main water pipe to my house and I have to say it doesnt get much better. After my main started leaking I contacted TriState and that evening Joe and Brian came out to give me an estimate. I was given two prices...one low price and another based on contingencies. Two days later Brian was here early and not only pulled a new main but also upgraded plumbing beyond the main to bring basement plumbing up to code. TriState also procured all necessary permits and also handled all communications with city public works on the matter. And all of this at the lower price quoted with extra costs.

TriState replaced my HVAC unit in October, the service from start to finish was the best I have ever had (We had horrible service from Frederick Air, Holtzople, & Warner).
From the technician RJ coming out to diagnosis the problem AC issue, the sales guy Darren coming out to quote the various options available and explaining why one efficiency rating is better than the other & giving us 3 different options to choose from and lots of various add-ons (if we wanted them). Both the technician and sale guy listened to us, were very polite and personable, made us feel like we were really valued as a customer.
The install, that was done quickly and professionally. Randy and his helper were nice, took the time to make sure we knew how our new thermostat worked, asked if we had any questions, reminded us to register our stuff and gave us all our manuals and thermostat boxing, so we can have it for reference. They made sure to lay down floor protectors, made sure to clean up/sweep up & even though we told them it wasn't necessary, insisted that they do it anyways.
I didn't post sooner, as I wanted to make sure everything was running well & we haven't had one issue. Even more positives is our house feels warmer & more level on temps between out floors, our electricity bill has gone down, and no more static electricity and dry skill and noses because we finally got a humidifier installed on the furnace!

This company needs to get it together. They put in the system in my new home. I contacted them because one of my rooms is getting hot due to the builder putting in more windows then needed. There mistake of course. I wanted to get another vent put in the room. The lady quoted me 350 over the phone for the service. I asked if she could email me the breakdown and what all that covered because it sounded like a great deal of labor for one vent. She said she would email it to me. Then I received an email stating we cannot do the work for you. Is this a business or not!! How do the sorry builder drees work with them. ooh yea cause they sorry too!!

I recently had Tri-State Home Services come out to service my AC unit. I had them inspect my units and install a new blower motor, and James did an excellent job. He went out of his way to help me understand what was happening with my system, and was very professional and helpful. I'll definitely be calling them again for service.
