TriStar uses a scheduling service that provides a window of time for their technician to arrive. They also insist on getting the service fee upfront via credit card. Then they don't show up and don't call to say they won't show up. They were scheduled to be at my house between 10:30 and 1:30. I called at 1:30 and they informed me (after previously collecting my service fee) that the technician was stuck on a commercial job and they could only reschedule me for THREE DAYS LATER! I had an emergency water leak. I then had to find a plumber late in the day that could come the same day. These businesses are very shady and unethical. Stay away.

Sigh. I will never be calling this business again. I called them on Monday morning for a couple of clogged toilets and was told they would be here between 11 and 2. Never showed. I called them (that's correct...no one called me to give me an update or anything) and they said they couldn't get here that day but they would be here first thing Tuesday morning. Well, that translated to 3pm Tuesday afternoon. Again, I had to text this plumber to find out anything. Said he could not fix the clog and needed to bring back a $350 camera. And would be here first thing Wednesday morning. Never showed. I had to call or text them to find out what was going on. Needless to say I fired them and called Loren at Halo Plumbing Services. He was here the next morning AS PROMISED and the clog was fixed in 20 minutes.
