Either Roy has a bad case of dementia and can't remember 8 minutes of two phone conversations in which the job was CLEARLY LAID OUT, or maybe he just can't resist ""bending the truth"" and then trying to extort money from customers for whom he completely botched up a job. And I do mean COMPLETELY botched up a job. EVERYTHING had to be redone from scratch.

Either way, stay away unless you like to be bullied.

This used to be one of the better plumbing companies in Boone, and a really nice family. I can't currently recommend them, however. After their last job at my house they told me twice that they would come back out to further diagnose and repair a fix they installed that completely failed. They never returned, and threatened to take me to small claims court - after they told me to wait to pay the bill! Too bad. I hope they will get better, but it won't be with me as a customer anymore. Hopefully others will weigh in with good experiences in 2010 and later. I'd love to see them back on top.
