I wish that there was a zero star rating!!! The owner is very rude and seemed to be lazy! It took him multiple trips to fix my shower issue.

I'm not really the type of guy to complain, but the owner (I believe his name is Jeff) was very rude, unprofessional, made my wife feel uncomfortable being around him, and didn't seem too concerned about my plumbing issue (after all this is what he gets paid to do).

All I needed done was my slow draining shower to be dealt with. He (Jeff) had to make a couple of trips back to his ""warehouse"" or ""Shop"" to get the correct tool, even though this was a pedestrian type job, and he seemed to have had a truck full of tools, it took us hounding him and a few days.

I don't know if he had an issue because my job wasn't paying him a ton of money, or if he truly just doesn't care about his customers, but I know I will not be calling on him again!

I eventually had to hire someone different to come and looks at my water pressure and give me an estimate on the new home we are building currently, which I wound up hiring the second guy (Russell Brannon), which has done an amazing job, and hasn't had the best experience with Triplett plumbing jobs he has run across in the past!

Don't waste your time with Triplett plumbing, because they will waste your time without hesitation, broken appointments, ignored phone calls, rude attitude, creepy around the women, and very unprofessional in their repair work!

Jeff the owner is horrible and rude! Tried to over charge me for a plumbing Job, after price was already set. Very unprofessional and slobbish. Do not use Triplett Plumbing!

Takes longer to do a job than most Plumbers and not very current on new construction codes does not know what he is doing.
