Beware. Clarence, then Aire Serve, installed a high efficiency furnace in a new construction. Every year, in the middle of winter, it stops working. Clarence was able to get it to work but was unable to fix the problem from happening every year, finally told me to call another repair company. Clarence, now Triple Tech, installed a furnace and air conditioner for an elderly friend of mine. Air conditioner stopped working in a heatwave. Clarence's nephew supposedly put in a pound of refrigerant. It lasted two more weeks, then stopped working again. Clarence refused to return her calls, so she ended up calling another repair company. That repair company questioned the installation. I got in touch with Clarence for my elderly friend, explained the situation, Clarence said he would call her. He never did.

Woke to a cold house! My furnace failed overnight and while I was hoping it was a minor issue, turns out that my 30 year old furnace had warmed its last home.

The guys from Triple Tech literally showed up in 20 minutes after I called, assesses my situation, gave me good advice on how to proceed, and had my new furnace installed the next day! They showed up on time, we're very professional, and did an amazing job!

We are are now once again warm and cozy thanks to the talented team from Triple Tech!
