Triple T Plumbing and Heating did a great job being very through with reviewing my heater and options for preventative maintenance. They were prompt, kind and explained their service. I will look to them for all of my needs for Heating and A/C for my St George home.

Our water heater went out in the night. Frustrating! Inconvenient! The next morning I called Triple T. Very shortly the technician (Brady) was at the door precisely at the time the receptionist and the follow up Email stated.
It wasn't long until the water heater was fixed at the price we were quoted which was substantially less than we thought it would be. Brady was knowledgeable and professional.
The end result was hot water and satisfied customers.
This isn't the first time we have used the good folks at Triple T and it won't be the last. Each fall we use them to check our furnace and whenever we have problems.....They are only a phone call away. Professional. Punctual and certainly affordable. Triple T is a valuable asset to our community!

Mike in Springville, UT. I found Triple-T thru a web search in my area and cold-called them. Explained my problem to Cassidy. Next day appointment was made. On time arrival. My tech was Lance and I had him work on my Trane furnace, 3-zone with AprilAire controls. Knowledgeable and efficient. Problem solved on 1st visit. Amount charged was fair. Good communication. Very pleased with my experience. My wife thinks I'm a Rockstar!

At first, they seemed great, however having to get another plumber in I now have a way to compare! Triple T ended up being far more expensive than another who actually took the time to show me (with a camera) without charging more and guaranteed their work. I was very disappointed with Triple T and could not recommend them.

WARNING, very dishonest. Took advantage of my wife. Charged her $250 for a $30 dollar capacitor. 20 minute visit cost $320.

Being new to the area and had several quotes from many other HVAC companies, Triple T was not only the most reasonable, but they noticed several things about our unit with the return in the basement (which we didn't have one) and several other concerns we had. They were the only ones out of 5 other companies! We love being cool in the warmer months and warm in the cold months. We have had the new unit since July 2016 and couldn't be happier. Great service and great unit!

Honest, friendly service. They came to my house on a holiday when my air conditioning went out in the middle of summer, the tech saw that I had a baby and immediately called to rush the order (at no extra fee) because he knew how important it was to keep the house cold during 100 degree weather. Especially with a baby. They explained everything to me, treated me very kind, had integrity and were priced very fair especially considering the high quality of work they did.

Triple T just installed an entire heating system for our basement. Luke did an awesome job going over what the needs were, and Brett and Gus installed it to perfection. These guys were on time, did what they said they would do, and finished on time. They consulted with us every step of the way, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the results. Luke stopped by both days to check on the job, and even helped the installers finish and clean up! I would recommend to anyone! Great Job to Luke, Brett and Gus!

I really liked the tech that came to the house, Jake. He was nice and courteous, but a few days after my original block, the company and manager decided that the original $1,100 I paid for them to unclog my pipes was not enough, and 3 days later they wanted to charge me to come out to the house to finish the job they didn't actually do. I had another firm come out, camera'd the pipes and sure enough it was roots that needed more work. Tech might be good, but the corporate policies are not consumer friendly.

Used to go here anytime I needed a filter for the furnace or a screen for the humidifier. I went in a while back for a part and got to overhear the conversation about the parts cost and how much to charge me. The price was more than 3X the cost plus shipping. Went on line got the same part for a few bucks less than what the supposed cost was. Won't go back.
