Janice S.Could not discourage you more highly from using Triple T. It has been five weeks of back and forth trying to get them out for a basic septic inspection/pumping, and have now finally given up. They rescheduled several times (which is a HUGE inconvenience when you own a rental property and block dates off from guests), finally did show up and couldn't find the tank (despite a detailed map). They then informed me it was too deep and they'd need to return the following week, requiring yet another appointment. Today was that appointment and at 4:00 I had to call them to find out that no one was showing up, and they weren't going to be able to do the work. Didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. Find someone else.
