I would definitely recommend. Weston came out to give us a quote. We had another company scheduled to give us a quote the next day as well. But felt so comfortable with him and the quote that we called and canceled the other company and just went with them.
The workers that came to install the air conditioner and separate heater were very nice and respectful of us and the house.
I highly recommend them.

Really impressed with Triple T. First time I have used them, based on a recommendation from my handyman. They quickly diagnosed an issue with an AC unit and had it repaired within a couple of days, doing a bypass in the meantime to ensure we had cool air while they got the part they needed.

They are exceptionally responsive, gave me a next day appointment, emailed helpful reminders and their invoicing is clear with attention to detail so names and address are spelled correctly. Luke was the technician who came out and he is very professional on the phone and explained everything clearly.

Great response to our request for help. We have an elderly lady living with us and we lost heat from our furnace. Triple T responded very promptly and repaired it rapidly. There's hot, and then there's St. George hot. The last thing you want in the middle of summer in St. George is for your A/C to go out. That's exactly what happened. I called Triple-T and in no time at all we went from near 90° in the house to a sweet 72° just like we like it. Fast, friendly, clean, affordable. I'm trying to think of what they could have done better, but it's not realistic get a new A/C system for free, so I would have to say it was near perfect. Thank you, Triple-T.
