First time using Triple State Plumbing last week after I had a toilet supply line start leaking overnight. Found the leak first thing in the morning and looked up recommended plumbers on Nextdoor and Triple State came up. Called a different plumber that opened earlier, but couldn't come until the afternoon. Reached Triple State and they put me on the books for within an hour of when I called. Jorge and Chris came and fixed the problem very quickly and pointed out something I wasn't aware of regarding my reversed water shut off valve. They were very polite and efficient and the price was very fair. They will be my go to for plumbing needs from here on out.

This review is late, but better late than never. My washer (that was less than 4 months old) supposedly had a hose burst and flooded my place. I needed a plumber ASAP! I called them and they came out same day. My condo building building engineer (who is not a plumber) told me that I'd need to make an expensive fix, but the master plumber from Triple State told me that it was unnecessary and only requires a simple fix of which they completed on the spot and at an affordable price. I've had no other issues with my washer. Mike and Aaron are awesome!

Jorge and Chris came immediately, and it was a holiday weekend emergency! (Of course, that is Murphy's Plumbing Law!) The Price was fair and reasonable too. We are thrilled to learn of their company and applaud their stellar work and customer service.

This was the fastest service I *ever* experienced from any home service request. The two gentlemen who came following Dawn's dispatch were extremely efficient, clean and can-do. You know, when people do things the way they promise they'll do things, that's the real difference in business. We'll stick with Triple State.

Well they NEVER showed back up to finished the job. Kathy was especially condescending she lied and told me they were ordering a part for my toilet and it typically takes a day or two to come in. She never called back!!!! This woman didn't realized or just didn't give to s$#t that we were flushing our toilet the whole time with a bucket!!! Horrible!!

I have numerous rental properties and have been using Triple State for about 10 years. They have been terrific. Excellent response time, clean, quick repairs, and fair prices. They have on more than one occasion called my tenants and told them how to fix something themselves, saving me lots of money. I highly recommend them.

Jorge showed up promptly and worked efficiently to solve various plumbing issues in our old house. And, upon investigation, determined that we did not need expensive work we had thought was needed. Will definitely call them again when new issues arise.

I have used several different plumbers through the years, and none measured up to Triple State Plumbing. I caused a flood in my bathroom that seeped into the laundry room below. I had to have the water turned off by the county. I called Triple State, rated for quality and price in Checkbook, and since the water was turned off, a crew came to my house after they finished the job they were on when I called. My disaster started at 9 AM, and by 12:30 PM, it was over, thanks to Jeff and Jorge. In addition to repairing my mistake, they replaced non-working handles on the house emergency water turn-off and on the sink water turn-off. Additionally, they installed a pressure-reducing device for water from the street into the house that no longer met code. I am delighted.

They are HORRIBLE at coordinating times. My neighbor beneath me had problems with a leak. The called me over the course of two days to get someone in my unit, but would always show up and never set a specific time. They would ask me to leave work at the drop of a dime -NOT!!! I had my dad to come over every time they would call, but when he arrived they had already left. People learn how to manage!!!

My husband and I do most of our small plumbing work ourselves--leaking faucets, replacement waste disposals and the like take lots of our time but we learn by doing them. Then after the very bad rainstorm 3 weeks ago, our basement flooded from the drain at the bottom of the outside basement steps. I called Triple State and three other plumbers with high ratings on Washington Checkbook. Triple State were the first to call back -- and could come the next day to clear the drain -- 50 feet of cable and cutter head brought out a root [photos provided] and the drain then worked properly. Completed at a fixed price for 1 hours work.

Yesterday, only 3 weeks later, we realized our mains stop tap had started dripping. Triple State came this morning and replaced the stop tap with a single 90 degree turn tap [the old one was a screw tap] and re-sited the tap at eye height rather than the 9 inches off the floor of the old tap. Work completed in an hour.

I don't know if any plumbers beat their hourly rate, but Triple State are reliable and do the job well.
