Don't trust this company. I had water leaking from ceiling and I called them. They gave me an estimation for the job on same day and it was reasonable. I accepted and told them to do the job. Technician said he doesn't have the tools now will come back in two days. He came back again and did the job. I confirmed the price again with him before the job. Couple days later I received an overcharged bill (doubled price then what I was told). Still dealing with them for the payment. Be careful what they tell you and what they charge you. Not professional.

Plumbers seemed to have been ""recruited"" by community leadership (the ones who tug on the purse strings of condo-fee coffers) to relay information about the interior condition and attributes of my home and my mother's home next door. I was eventually contacted by these people about a separate issue and was met with blatant indifference about the issue at hand by a rather rude woman with a raspy voice. So far their install of a PRV has not yielded any cause for concern. If something does indeed come up, however, I will pay my own plumber to avoid Triple State altogether.

If you need any sort of plumbing done, you need to give Triple State Plumbing a call. They are fantastic!!! Aaron and Sam took care of us and they were so great. Aaron is a Master Plumber and he really knows his stuff. He was able to diagnose a big problem for us, figure out a solution, and execute it quickly. So impressive! They are quick and efficient but very detail oriented and check and double check everything.

The customer service is so wonderful - Aaron and Sam are so friendly, personable, and funny. They are also polite and professional too. You'll feel so comfortable having them in your home and they will definitely take good care of you and are careful to protect your floors too. They also do an excellent job cleaning up, our floors are probably cleaner now than before they came!

Kathy (Cathy?) the owner arranged appointments for us over the phone and she was so kind as well.

Overall, definitely a 5 star business and I would highly recommend them. We will be calling them any time we have any issues and I suggest you do the same!

This place is great if you want to have someone tell you you'll get a call back, and never receive one. Going on 2 months and still haven't had a returned phone call for a service that was supposedly going to be taken care of the week following Thanksgiving. Absolutely terrible customer service. Wouldn't be dealing with them if I wasn't required to contact them.

I had these guys install a new, high-end water heater for my condo. They did a great job at a just-below market price (after I got other estimates).

There was a small issue and they rushed over within the hour to correct it. Not only was the work beautiful, their desire to follow-up and make sure I it was perfect was nothing short of fantastic customer service.

If you need someone that you can trust to get the job done right, including instant response to any issue, then these are your guys. I can't recommend them highly enough.

What a great company. Super professional, responsive, reasonable priced, on-time, easy to work with, creative with short term problem solving solutions and nice. It was a pleasure to finally find a plumbing company that I'm happy to work with. They are now on speed dial.

What a great company! They work in my building regularly so I got the company name from my property manager. I called as an emergency as my beyond clogged toilet overflowed and I needed it unclogged as soon as possible. Within an hour of my call, the experts showed up and within minutes had my toilet unclogged.
The mark of an excellent family business! I also anticipate a large cost as an emergency and not so much. They are a great company to deal with and I highly recommend their services. I will be utilizing them again and again and recommending them as well. I love family businesses because they truly care about their customers and want to make sure they successfully take care of the problem from day one.
