Local and reliable. Old-school Arlington family company that has polite, knowledgeable people who get the job done. They even call to say when they're on their way. Just the right folks to use when the plumbing in your 80-year-old house decides to remind you of its age. I like to do things myself but when those repairs become more complicated than YouTube makes them look, Triple State is there.

And they don't judge when the house is a mess and it's clear I tried to save money and time by doing the repair myself.

We've used these guys over and over for our property and ones we've managed for other people. The plumbers are always so polite and knowledgeable. Scheduling crew at the office have never been rude (I see that's been an issue for others) but I know everyone has a bad day on occasion.

Was sorely disappointed at the lack of customer service they offered to my elderly parents. Their older home had a major issue with a pipe in the foundation that had to be replaced. A trench has to be jack hammered to get to the pipe and the kitchen sink was unusable. After weeks of promises that they would be there to finish the job - it was still unfinished. My 80 yr old dad even fell where they had plywood covering the trench. At my wits end, I called to see why again they were not at the site as promised the days prior.....only to have been treated with what can only be described as the worst customer service EVER - and I was hung up on! NO doubt that my elderly parents were taken advantage of. I especially liked the 'we can't come on Friday to finish the work because it will take two days but if you like we can come on Saturday but it will cost you more......HORRIBLE! Buyer beware!

We had to go with another plumbing company which cost us $1500. All these guys do is the bare minimum. They didn't check our clean out or run a snake from the top of the house. They should have seen the problem and told us they didn't have the capability to fix. Instead they just said it was baby wipes. The other plumber said there were no wipes, just an old pipe with lots of build up that required multiple snakings to fully clear. He said these guys just poked a hole in the clog so it could drain, but obviously didn't know what they were doing.

Triple State did a nice job cleaning out a clogged drain, but struggled with fixing a running toilet. A person visiting me wound up ordering a universal toilet kit from Amazon and fixed it himself. Triple State's prices for the work it did complete seemed reasonable and the staff are polite.

First time using Triple State Plumbing last week after I had a toilet supply line start leaking overnight. Found the leak first thing in the morning and looked up recommended plumbers on Nextdoor and Triple State came up. Called a different plumber that opened earlier, but couldn't come until the afternoon. Reached Triple State and they put me on the books for within an hour of when I called. Jorge and Chris came and fixed the problem very quickly and pointed out something I wasn't aware of regarding my reversed water shut off valve. They were very polite and efficient and the price was very fair. They will be my go to for plumbing needs from here on out.

This review is late, but better late than never. My washer (that was less than 4 months old) supposedly had a hose burst and flooded my place. I needed a plumber ASAP! I called them and they came out same day. My condo building building engineer (who is not a plumber) told me that I'd need to make an expensive fix, but the master plumber from Triple State told me that it was unnecessary and only requires a simple fix of which they completed on the spot and at an affordable price. I've had no other issues with my washer. Mike and Aaron are awesome!

Jorge and Chris came immediately, and it was a holiday weekend emergency! (Of course, that is Murphy's Plumbing Law!) The Price was fair and reasonable too. We are thrilled to learn of their company and applaud their stellar work and customer service.

This was the fastest service I *ever* experienced from any home service request. The two gentlemen who came following Dawn's dispatch were extremely efficient, clean and can-do. You know, when people do things the way they promise they'll do things, that's the real difference in business. We'll stick with Triple State.
