Glen Wade started Triple Service, Inc. back in 1950. Our family ownership is a point of pride for us. We are a reliable home services provider focused on our community, we are proud to celebrate our 75th year of serving families throughout Mendota and the surrounding areas.

Glen Wade opened the doors of Triple Service in 1950. James Wade, his son, managed the business for 35 years. Gabe Wade, the third generation, now oversees operations as the general manager. We are eager to meet all your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs.
With over 30 years of experience in plumbing, heating, and cooling. We hold licenses as Master plumbers, CCCDI inspectors, and are certified Perma-Liner installers. We also specialize in air flow and indoor air quality.

Kyle W.I am very disappointed with Triple Service. I am part of their ""Club"". Had an emergency plumbing issue on a Monday night. Called around 9 and was told I would get a call back. Waited about an hour after not hearing anything. And was told yes we have you, you will receive a call. Waited while water was dripping in my basement. Waited.. still no call. We'll here we are almost 3pm the following day and still no call back. Guess they just lost my business. Hopefully get a refund for my ""club"" priority status. Don't fall for this scam. Do not sign up for the ""club"".
Our furnace had been diagnosed with what was wrong. We asked for them to come with the part and fix. They got here and said they needed to check the diagnosis. This turned into them breaking our furnace more and denying fixing it because of it being too costly for us and we needed to buy a new furnace all together. It was a complete money trap. They have technicians who don't know what they are doing, the staff was rude, and worse I have a broken furnace that now could cause harm to my family that was before just broken. They will be hearing from my lawyer.

If I could leave zero stars I would! This company dug up my entire front yard for 2 days straight and couldn't find the sewer pipe. They cursed in front of my child and broke my basement window and didn't tell me. They replaced the window glass and cracked that too and left it. They were fired and another plumber came and did the work. He didn't have a problem locating the pipe which was no where near where they said it would be. This was in July 2018 and I recieved an invoice today April 4th, 2019 for $1850 after not hearing a thing all of this time. I called their office and conveniently the owners are on vacation. I will not be paying this and would be happy to collect from them for the damages they have caused to my property. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company.
They came right out which was the only plus. Diagnosed the problem but returned 4 days later to fix it. Was suppose to fix the day prior but ran out of time and then had a mark up of 400% on parts. The parts needed cost $18.00 on internet thru the manufacturer they charge $117.00 a piece. The bill was not itemized just had part price and service call. Then unless you agreed to everything they claim needed to be done no warranty. The price list for the service they recommended was quite higher than a new furnace would cost. They recommended a blower motor $414. gas valve $414 inducer motor motor $589 duct cleaning $875 hot surface igniter $313 chimney liner $1500 you add all that up and I could put in a new furnace a lot cheaper. My furnace is only seven years old.
