avoid this place after being told twice we were going to have septic tank pumped and they would definitely be there they no showed and no called! they wouldnt give a window of arrival time other than someone will call a half hour before they get here. waited all day and no one came or called us with status! most unprofessional place ive ever tried to use for anything. no clue how they have good reviews but would never recommend this place !

If I could leave Triple S plumbing a zero, I would. I am a commercial customer who provides residential services to people. the straw that broke the companies back was calling for a shower that would not turn off. My facility is on city water. Plumber showed 12 hours later, spent 2 hours there, and left because he """"Could not turn off the water"""". I guess he just did not see the valves on the back flow device above ground. professional service? you think about it.

Called to make an appointment. Lady who answered said someone will call you back shortly. Never got a call. This ended up being an $11,000 repair. The company that got the job, called me back. It was that simple.

Triple S was paid to pump out the septic tank 02/18/19 by the previous owners and was paid to put a new """"filter cap"""" on the system. We closed on the house 03/22/19. The septic has run over since we have been here and continues to do so. They have given us the run around for more than 2 weeks now and still have not gotten the right """"filter cap"""" put on (prepaid for) and have not come out to the house to see why the tank is overflowing already. They were supposed to come out 04/16/19 after talking to them for 2 weeks. My husband took the day off from work because they made an appointment to be here between 1 and 2 but never showed up and never called. When we called the office we were told that the technician did not have it on his book.

These people must have to much on there plate because they never even made it out to my house to do a 4 part plumbing job and all I got was excuses that there plumber got mixed up. I even rescheduled for the next day and took the day off since the appointment was for early a.m. So around 9a.m. I call to find out what time is the plumber going to be out I get told he accidentally went to a different job and would be at mine at 11:00a.m Well 11:45 rolls around and still no plumber and I've about had it at this point so I HAD TO ACTUALLY CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING ON?? I told the receptionist Mona to forget about it and I don't want there services and to just cancel it all. If these people can't even make it out to my house after 2 different days """"Appointment's"""".I don't trust the job that they would have been done would have been any better than the trouble they had just to make it here to do the work... Very dissatisfied with these people ..very unprofessional. No courtesy call or anything!!!

On the Friday prior to the Labor Day weekend I called Champion Septic to have a routine preventative pumping done on my tank. He only pumped the dosing tank and did not inspect the other two tanks. About one week after that my septic tank backed up at 5:00 on a Saturday. I had to call an emergency service, and in this case it was Metro Rooter. This man came out and did some diagnostic testing, and after dropping a whole box of cigarettes into my tank, he charged me $300 and went on his way. I called Triple S for an evaluation of my system and told them the problem I was having. This was about 4:00 Thursday afternoon. I spoke with one of the co-owners, Tommy, and explained to him what I was told that the problem might be, and let him know that I was looking for a company that could use a camera to help diagnose what the real issue was. Tommy was on another job but said as soon as he was finished he would grab his camera and head my way. A little less than an hour later Tommy and Kalvin showed up. After a quick explanation by me and a visual on their part they got to digging. Do to the layout of my system and its' piping, it was a little more difficult than they had expected. They dug, cut and put the camera in at least four or five different locations until they were able to locate the problem. As they were doing this we discussed everything about septic systems and potential problems and it was obvious that these two gentlemen knew what they were talking about. Even though it was late in the evening they never once complained or had a negative thing to say. These two guys are true professionals and customer service like this is almost non-existent anymore. The bottom line is that my drain field needs to be replaced. Although these guys went above and beyond the call of duty I still have to shop prices. But I guarantee you if the prices are fairly close Triple S Plumbing will definitely get the bid.

This company is dishonest and does dangerous work. Long story short, they told us we needed a new sump pump, $800, when we simply had a rusted and hole filled lid to the sump pump that was allowing dirt to fall into and block the intake. We had them install it and they never mentioned the lid. After the same problem 2 months later, another plumber showed us the real problem. When we contacted Triple S with this info, they gave us the run around and finally said they wouldn't fix the lid. My 2 year old son could have stepped through the lid easily and the owner of Triple S response was """"did he?"""". Please don't use this company!!!

If you want plumbers and septic tank servicemen who are honest, reliable, knowledgable, and won't gouge you for every penny you have, call Triple S. Ever since we started to use them to service our septic tank, we've had nothing, nothing but positive and great service. When we call them for service or any other plumbing matter, they never hem and haw as to their availability. Their prices are beyond reasonable. If you have any plumbing issue, don't waste your time calling anyone else. Go directly to Triple S.
