We didn't have hot water in our house! We were referred to these guys through our home warranty and I could not be happier! Isaac and his helper were amazing! They called promptly to schedule a time, called again when they were on their way, were perfectly on time and absolutely awesome guys. They diagnosed quickly, fixed our supply line and got us hot water back on in a matter of 30 minutes. I would highly recommend triple s plumbing but particularly Isaac to anyone with plumbing needs. I called my home warranty company they sent over triple S plumbing. They were the 3rd plumbing coming that was sent over to my house. The technician came immediately. I had a slab leek in my house and only triple S was able to find the accurate reason why that happened. Vic was able to find out there was a post tension cable in my property. Vic was very knowledgeable and professional. Vic was patient and explained everything clearly. He re routed the water line and did a very clean and professional job. Buyer beware: if your warranty service company or insurance company recommends triple S plumbing, call your company back and ask for another plumber. They played me for a fool. I'm a single mom with a single income barely scraping by. They sent someone out who said that my leaky faucet would be replaced and the warranty service would approve it. The next thing I know the warranty service called and said that the triple S plumbing had advised my warranty service that I damaged the sink and therefore they wouldn't replace it. The plumber lied while in my home and because of it I am being charged $100 for no services rendered! On top of that I had to pay $200 to another plumber to fix the thing because the leak was so bad we had to shut the water off and had no running water in the kitchen. There is nothing I can do because these shady people have my credit card on file. Please don't say you weren't warned: please heed my warning and go with someone else. You will save yourself a lot of money and a lot of wasted time.
