After waiting in vain for the plumber assigned to us by our home protection plan, Old Republic, to even reply to our numerous calls (they were supposed to contact us!), we demanded another plumber.

TRIPLE S arrived promptly, reviewed the situation, suggested options, and arrived the next day (on time!) to do the job (replacing an improperly installed old water heater). No muss, no fuss--these guys were great. They dealt with the permits and Old Republic, and didn't even carp about driving to Palmdale.

I would not recommend this company even though the plumber himself did a great job their dispatcher Kyle needs to be trained in customer service he represents your company and is first contact which is why I wouldn't recommend this company due to his attitude if you can get pass this the plumbers are knowledgeable and efficient

We had a kitchen drain completely backed up. Our home warranty company sent a different plumber earlier this week who came but said he was unable to fix and that we needed hydro jetting. After notifying our home warranty company again, they approved Triple S to come help us. Kyle in the office set up our appointment and Vick came today. Lo and behold, Vick cleared the blockage without having to hydro jet! Vick was able to clear the blockage with the snake at the outside clean out (and was super nice in helping my husband get a container to catch the trapped water in a big container so it wouldn't get in our very close by pool). I'm told hydro jetting is very expensive so he saved our home warranty a lot of money. I will be letting our home warranty company know about this. Thank you Kyle and Vick at Triple S!

Big thanks to Kyle and Enrique for facilitating the repair of our issues. Enrique, the technician, was so knowledgeable, kind, clean (wore shoe covers too), narrated everything he was doing, and advised us on how to maintain the repair long term, answered all our questions patiently and behaved professionally and kindly.

I'm a First American Home Warranty customer, and my experience with the Triple S vendor went smoothly and quickly. I submitted two requests late at night and was matched with Triple S who called me first thing in the morning to set up the appointment- 12 hrs had not yet passed. Unfortunately only one of the requests came through so I did have to call the insurance and have them add the second item before Triple S could schedule me, but that was sorted within 2 hours.
We were in a time crunch, so I asked Kyle to relay for the technician to come at the earliest possible arrival time and while he couldn't guarantee it at first for obvious reasons, Enrique did honor our request and arrived at the earlier part of the visit window and finished all the repairs in the time.

TSP was an amazing company. I called him right away due to my shower, not having running hot water as soon as I called the person who answered and was able to give me an answer by saying the arrival within two hours. The technician I saw that was Issac. He was very friendly and good customer service. He was honest about everything and was able to explain all the problems and details. They gave me a very good fair deal, not like other plumbers, who try to scam me for every bit of money, every single nickel for every single thing that they do. Issac also recommended that I contact him home warranty company so that I can save money in the future. No other company or Plummer would ever do that, but he was honest and fair about everything. I highly recommend this company.

Triple S did an excellent job on a new water heater installation with retrofit for permit compliance. They were were dispatched by my warranty company, follow through with the permitting and per my general contractor, did an excellent job. Furthermore, Kyle was extremely professional, responsive and couldn't ask for better service.

KYLE is the most dishonest person! DO NOT work with this company. They are total liars and very deceitful. He is rude and has terrible customer service. I have paper work saying something completely different than what he is telling our home warranty company. His contractor seemed to be knowledgeable and explain what was going on. Left me paper work saying what the problem was and this KYLE guy who did not even come out to our place to look at anything told a totally different story. Horrible company!

I wish I could give this establishment zero stars! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called for a leak in a property I have tenants in and the call rep literally told me to ""calm down"" after I had been in hold for 2 hours and called multiple times. This is not how you talk to a customer! The rep ""K"" literally had the audacity to ""man-splain"" me! How are they even still in business? Customers BEWARE, find yourself another plumber! If you get assigned them through your home warranty ask for another technician. Just horrible!!!!!

The establishment followed up with a call. They said they wouldn't come out unless I took down my review.
