Company Overview

Triple Play Home Services provides an all-inclusive HVAC and plumbing service company. We are proud of our outstanding financing options and enduring warranties. Whether it's residential and business projects and property management of all kinds, we are your reliable provider. We feature the one and only complete HVAC exhibition space in Oklahoma. Possessing over 30 years of collective experience and a dedicated staff of expert technicians who excel not just in tools but also in client relations, we prioritize your needs. We maintain all types and concentrate on offering and installing Amana's cutting-edge products.

Established in 2009, we emerged from many years of HVAC experience and a commitment to integrity-driven service. Upon completing his service in the U.S.C.G, Mike ventured into the HVAC sector and started his career in California within the Union, where he built a wealth of knowledge in large-scale refrigeration and domestic work. Upon moving to Oklahoma in 2007, Mike worked as the lead Service Manager for a local HVAC company. Regrettably, as the owner's health deteriorated and the business ceased operations, Mike was eager to start his own venture. In 2009, he created Triple Play Home Services with his wife Stacy, and together they developed a business grounded in their Christian values of putting God first, treating others as they wish to be treated, and actively participating in their community to uplift the lives of others. Our staff collaborates to achieve shared goals that they commit to, emphasizing transparency, honesty, cooperation, top-quality service, and community involvement.

Our guiding principle is ""As iron sharpens iron, so does man sharpen man."" Proverbs 27:17 reminds us.

Tried in earnest to use their membership and included services, but every single service call turned into multiple visits with bad installations, thermostats left not working after ""technicians"" left, ruined carpets and flooring, and many many phone calls along the way.

Any time they'd appear, I ended up spending entire days managing the incompetence of Triple Play. Don't be lured in. Call someone smaller and more local who's not spending money on fancy trucks and billboards.

They can't keep people, either. I don't think I ever saw the same bozo twice. Not to mention their prices are ridiculously higher than everyone else's, even with the ""discounts"" included. Take your money and business elsewhere--to someone more competent.

I've had several experiences with them on the plumbing side. Generally, the service is good, and the technicians are nice. Their prices are high, but, my last experience with them will be my last experience with them. I was charged over 4K for a standard installation for a 40 gallon home water heater. They could not even give a break down price of labor and materials when I asked why it was so expensive. Their reply was that they have on set price. I did not appreciate the lack of transparency. Coupled with my previous experiences with them trying to sell me something extra, my trust factor with them from a business perspective is almost zero and I removed them from my call list.

A company to take 5 days to get AC working, late to almost every appointment, getting swindled on a new AC unit (with false readings) and a manager who avoids or won't return phone calls and act likes it a normal day of business is what your going to get if you use Triple Play. The cost of their services is utterly ridiculous for what your getting. Please consider this before choosing Triple Play. Below is all backed by notes, call logs and texts.

Would not recommend, w/ prices they charge you'd expect some level of professionalism or quality of work. I had scheduled for them to come out from 4-5pm. I left work early to be available during this time, tech didn't show til 630-7. he diagnosed the problem and would have to be back w/parts next day. scheduled for same time and tech didn't show til 630-7. tech installed parts. thermostat wasn't working so he tried installing a one stage thermo but needed 2 stage, told me to get new thermostat, when installed nothing worked. Called back next day to schedule for them to come back 1-2pm, tech didn't show till 3:15. Tech forgot to hook up 24v wire to contact. A/C was blowing heat, and was told compressor was not running well and he recommended new unit. Since AC was blowing hot air I agreed with recommendation. Install techs came and hooked up new AC and said everything was good, New AC continued to blow hot air all day Saturday. New AC and it was blowing 89 degrees all day Saturday. Tech came back Sunday, said he had wired the thermostat wrong on Friday and had the heat strips running while AC was on. Fixed it and left. Called Sunday to get bills and tech notes sent to me, did not receive them so called Monday and the lady who I spoke to sent them right over. She's the reason they get a star, she seems to be the only person to do her job well(Thank You). Talked to manager and asked him how a customer has to make a decision on a new AC unit when it's running heat and AC at the same time. In tech notes, AC was blowing 6 delta T, pretty good with the heat strips running. I based my decision on buying a new unit because it was blowing hot air but the reason it was blowing hot air was tech error or something more sinister. Manager said he needed to time to review and would call me back that evening. called back saying he didn't have time to look it over and would call me back the next day. Got no call that day so called him first thing the next morning, in a meeting, called in the afternoon, just went to the restroom. Called his cell late afternoon, internet was down. Manager said he would send information and pictures and discuss tomorrow. He sent over bills that I already have but no pictures. Called back he said was still waiting on pictures, why these aren't on file baffles me. Finally sends 7 pictures and will call at noon to discuss. of these 7 pictures, 6 of them I can identify as being taken at my house because they have background to them but the one we're really interested in(the one that says the compressor is bad, doesn't necessarily mean that but good indication) looks cropped and/or zoomed in with no background to it. Manager calls back and we discuss it. Not much I can do because he has 'A' photo. I ask about why I was being charged for the contact that was installed and taken away when I got the unit which cost 250 for a 20 dollar part. He said he could offer a year membership, asked him to run it up the flag pole so I could get reimbursed for the 250. Haven't heard a word from him since. This is what I got from a company that says ""We believe in treating customers right. We strive to provide the best quality & service possible.""

DO NOT WORK HERE!
The front end is SUPER TOXIC and will not train do your job but will do it for you and get mad that you are not doing it. They will expect you to know everything and will explain to you like you are dumb for not knowing HAVC or plumbing.
The owner would rather be surrounded by yes people and hold court. I spent more time working on crafts, talking about brunch, having impromptu group therapy sessions, and watching grown woman act a fool for her, then I did be trained. I worked there for 10 days and was barely trained but got FRIED because I was not getting the material and was noticeably uncomfortable with all the Toxic Chaos. I simply wanted to do my job and go home, BUT the owner wants a toy not an employee.
A lot of my corrections were due to my trainer taking short cuts with her work. She gets corrected, books wrong, misses calls, walks away with putting herself on DND for 20 to 30 mins. This was the person whom I sat with for 3 days before training me got too much for them and I was just tossed to my desk. And by training, I mean she kept asking me what I needed to learn? ""I don't know what I don't know"" became my mantra. Speaking of my desk the owner was more concerned that my desk was decorate then if I had the software or equipment to do my work. Spoiler I did not!
Disorganized does not begin to explain it, the owner both must control everything but gets mad if you don't do you job. How am I supposed to do my job if everyone else is doing it? Putting their CS to a split shift so she can be there when the phones are heavy would save them sooo much Labor cost, but she is not there to do her job, but to be the owner's friend.
Do not work there if you have any SA trauma because they talk about it in length almost daily. The owner has mention death and killing several times, she went in length about her plans to dispose of the body on my 3rd day of employment. They have no respect for decorum. They are loud, slam doors and are offensive but if you show that offense you are the sensitive one. Also, if you enjoy screaming kids and people yelling at them to quiet down while you are on a call or simply trying to learn and concentrate then this is the place for you. Be prepared for it to be your fault that you cannot thrive in a toxic environment. Even the on-call therapist told me to run as fast as I can from this place.
OH and they talk SOOOOO much shit about customer that are really not that bad. The front end is just so dramatic that the smallest things will make the whole office crazy. I feel bad for the techs that are doing their best but have this as their front end. Thank you for firing me Triple Play. I feel so much better and did not cry the second I got home.

Triple play charged me $600 to come out on a Saturday to snake my line. They cleared the blockage, but I don't see how they could possibly justify the price.

In my experience they will always give you the most expensive solution when simpler cheaper solutions are available. I spent $2000 on a plumbing fix that I found out later could have been fixed by me for about $30 and they even suggested that I have more work done that would have totaled more than $4000. They are responsive and do quality work but I will never trust a company that operates like this

Had a toilet with a noisy fill valve. When attempting to change it I turned off the water supply valve and noticed there was some caulking that came off and created a leak. On top of that I couldn't budge the nut on the fill valve. I had already purchased a new fill valve but not being able to remove the old one and now the leaking supply valve I decided to call this company. This was on Friday and I told them I didn't want emergency service and set an appointment for 8-12 Monday. I hadn't heard anything by 12:15 when I called to check on them and was told that they were running late and on another job.. They finally arrived in the late afternoon around 3 pm, were able to do the repair providing a supply valve (an approximately $10 part) and using the fill valve I had already purchased and charged $324.11!

THIS IS EXCESSIVE AND I CONSIDER IT PREDATORY.

The scheduler and technicians were both polite and competent, but the amount charged is outrageously high.

I suggest asking for a quote when you call but I'm sure they'll say they have to look at it first.

BEWARE!!!

This company came through for me in a very stressful situation. I can not say enough positives regarding this company. I had a gas leak and their perseverance and professionalism were outstanding.
Prompt, reliable, patient, empathetic, professional and highly qualified are all descriptor s I'd use to describe my experience with Triple Play. Thank you so much Triple Play... you've made the scary parts of home ownership feel safe. You are my go to for ALL plumbing and HVAC needs...

shady business practices. Scam the elderly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Highest service fees in the area and they don't disclose those fees until it's too late to back out.

On 6-23-2024 my stepdaughters AC went out after a power hit. I was stuck at work and could not assist. My wife called a couple places and talked to someone at Triple Play Home Service and was able to get a technician out on a Sunday evening. When he got there the unit started working, the technician told her it had tripped on high head pressure because the coil was dirty. Okay I might go with that seeing how I had not cleaned the unit yet, and it does get cotton wood on it. The problem is he did not dismantle the housing and wash the coil from the inside out and maybe use a coil cleaner to help remove dirt and debris, he took a hose to it and washed the coil from the outside in which pushes dirt and debris depper into the coil, which can be more harmful then helpful. Then charged $266.95 for this poor service. I went today and cleaned it properly and took pictures of his less then professional work.
I will be talking to the DOL and BBB.
