Our sewer main had a root ball in it causing backup issue. Alex was very responsive and professional when I reached out. Got the job done in one afternoon with digging, replacement of the sewer line and putting everything back the way it was. He even put the gravel back which I thought was impossible. If you are looking for a plumber you would be crazy to use anyone else! I can't say enough great things about Alex! He was the first to respond, he was punctual, he tried numerous methods before successfully unclogging the drain. Other plumbers just immediately suggested I break down the walls and repipe. Came home to a bathtub full of sewage water. It was my first time personally dealing with a plumbing issue. I didn't know the first place to start so I went on yelp to ask around. Alex was one of the first few local plumbers who responded to my request. The first guy (big company) quoted us $600 for the ""fix"" claiming my pipes were routed incorrectly. Just a camera inspection (when they run the camera through the pipe) was $250. I laughed (but also cried inside).

Discouragingly, I went back on yelp to browse some more and found Alex. His response stood out to me because it was quick and direct (no bullsh!t). He told me his availability, gave me a rough estimate, and we agreed on a time. He showed up, did his thing, taught me a thing or two about plumbing and left. It was amazingly painless. 100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our standpipe started to spew water all over our kitchen when our washer was draining, so I immediately went to Yelp to find a plumber. Triple P Plumbing was SO quick to respond; which is amazing because we have 9 month old twins and a 3 year old - so laundry is VERY important in our house. He was able to come the next day to snake out the standpipe and then came back later in the evening and brought some other equipment to really do a deep snaking of the line. Twenty-four hours later, our standpipe is clear and we can go back to doing our kids laundry. Thank you Alex and team!!!
