Licensed and bonded (#974309), Nick has worked in numerous phases of construction and property care. He has a deep understanding of many trades and devotes himself to his family and his work. He has taken courses in construction, such as ICBO building inspection, structural pest control, lead renovation, general B building trades, and job site safety. He has experience with custom projects and routine upkeep across a variety of buildings. He has worked alongside real estate agents and property owners to restore and improve aging properties. With excellent communication skills, he loves to support clients in preserving and improving their investments.

B D.I had Nick do a whole bathroom remodel. Nick is super easy going and knowledgeable. He is not the fastest out there as it is usually just him doing the work, but he will make sure the job is done right.
The tile job in the shower came out perfectly. Lining up subway tiles to meet the nook is not easy. I changed my mind midway through the project on the flooring tile. He promptly replaced the tile with my new choice with no issues. I would have liked for him to get in a full day of work to finish the job quicker but that was my only issue. All in all my bathroom turned out great and I recommend Nick for any remodeling needs.

Beatrice S.Very unreliable. Does not show up when he says he will more often than not. I have still not received my receipt after paying him more than a month ago despite numerous requests. (He is very reliable when it comes to picking up his check by the way.)
And he's no longer licensed.
