Gigi F.We hired Triple J Plumbing to re-pipe my mother's home. Reed returned our call for information promptly, and scheduled a visit for an estimate. He listened to all of our concerns and issues, walked us through the house, and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The work he and his team did for my mom was excellent. They were very sensitive to my mother's concerns about the work, and everything was completed to her satisfaction - down to the smallest detail. It was very rainy the day they were working, and they got a little bit of mud on her carpet. Before the plumbers left the house, the carpet cleaning company was on the phone, scheduling a clean-up of the mud. I am so very grateful to Reed and Shane for their professionalism. We highly recommend Triple J to everyone we know.
Jeff W.BEWARE OF TRIPLE J's SHODDY WORKMANSHIP!!!!! I hired this company to install a new sink, I requested on 1st contact, that my new sink be bedded in silicone(instead of plumbers putty). The owner said ""no problem thats how we always do it"" The 2 plumbers he sent looked like the 2 stooges trying to install this sink. They took over 5!!!, yes, 5 hours to replace a sink. The ""lead"" installer set the sink without silicone, when questioned, his plan was to set the sink, then run a bead of silicone around the outside edge of the sink. I objected and made them pull the sink and put the silicone UNDER the sink, like the sinks INSTRUCTIONS plainly showed.This whole time, the ""lead"" plumber espoused the horrors of wiping wet silicone. I was baffled at the installers aversion to silicone. His answer was ""I'm going to find a water based sealant to use in the future"" He should forget about his MENSA application for that statement. I'm pretty sure, the whole point of using silicone is that it is NOT water based,or water soluble! DUHHHHH!
The owner of the company, Terance promised to reset the sink properly, until the morning of the scheduled fix. That was when he called with excuse after excuse of why it was MY fault, that his installers had done such a poor job.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$$$$$ ON HIRING THIS FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION!!!!
