Just paid $275 for a $20 part and service call to replace toilet fill valve kit.
After asking further, they have set prices for certain services. This is not a fair or reasonable business approach, IMO.
I will not be a customer in the future.

Martin and Chino were a great help. They got my situation fixed quickly later into the evening and told me what was happening so I better understood. They even cleaned up after the fact.

I have used Triple A plumbing for 5 years, 5 times. This includes drain cleanings, pump fixes, and one time gas leak.
it was a good company 5 years ago. It has become dishonest over the years. It over charges and provides horrible services.
Second last time using them, shit spit all over the place because the service guy forgot to turn of power when put the sewer pump back. It was an accident, so I turn to forgive.
lately, I called them again for a gas leak. They came onsite and start to overcharge, I had to drive a long way to meet them, so I paid. They were very impatient. After fixing one location, just don't want to try test anything else. I am the one to go into crawl space again to test it. Horrible experience.

Great experience! Our longtime ""go to"" plumber retired. We needed a plumber for a kitchen leak. Driving home from work we pulled up behind a bright yellow truck with a logo of two skunks, captioned ""Let stinky do it.""
Laughing and wondering what does stinky do... we pulled up alongside the truck and discovered it belonged to Triple A Plumbing. Researched the company on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Based on ratings and reviews we hired them for the job. Marianna in the front office was friendly, helpful and professional. Our plumber Ernesto was earlier than his time window; friendly and professional, observing all Covid protocols, treating our home and us with respect. He did the job quickly and cleanly (no fuss, no mess) and now we have a new ""go to"" plumber.

I am a local realtor and property manager. I use triple A plumbing and find them superior in work and price. Do yourself a favor and don't pass them up if you need any type of plumbing work. My special thanks to Marco and his superior team.

Triple A is my ""go to"" for plumbing issues: cleaning out sewer drains, replacing hot water heaters and other issues around the house and yard.
I've been using them for many years. Very professional techs. Easy to work with.
I called early last Sunday morning because my hot water heater broke late Saturday night. They had a tech at my house by 8:30AM with the new water heater in the truck. The tech, Joshua, was great. Very competent and very pleasant. My water heater is difficult to access in between the garage laundry sink, water softener and furnace. In addition, the new heater was larger than the old one which required Joshau to adjust the flue and re configure the hot water recycling pump and connecting hoses. A successful project with a firm fixed price quoted in advance. Complete customer satisfaction.

Thanks guys for always doing a prompt and good service. Always professional! The came in and resolved a clogged sink and clogged bath tub.

The technician was great...quick and effective. We have used them in the past...but this time we were promised an emailed receipt after paying with a check. It has been two weeks and still no receipt. We have spoken with the office several times. We need a receipt to submit to our landlord so we can take this repair expense off our rent. Our check has cleared...not sure why we can't get a receipt? We will use someone else in the future.

We had a backed up drain pipe leading to the city sewer line. Sewage was backing up in the toilets, the shower and more. I really needed help. The technician said he would ""water jet"" through the cleanout pipe... In the end he left us with a huge puddle of sewage in our yard, and the pipes backed up again the very next day. I found out because the neighbors found sewage was running into their yard! I called the company back and they said there was no warranty and that we could pay for another water jet service, (I later found out that their machine was inadequate, and the wrong tool altogether) or that we could pay for a camera inspection at $375. That was enough for me to go elsewhere.

I had a challenging sewer line issue -- My plumber (good but doesn't do trenching work) located the problem and guessed it was a collapsed old cast iron pipe. It turned out to be a more complex issue. Marco, the president, gave me an estimate considerably less than the next estimate. Even though the project was more involved that either he or I thought, he honored his estimate. The crew was professional, worked hard and clearly earned their fee. I highly recommend them.
