We've called Triple A Plumbing for several jobs. They were great up until the last one. They came out to fix 2 dripping faucets. They replaced the faucets, but when I came home the cold water connection under the sink was leaking. Called them again and they came out the next day and fixed the leak at no charge. I came home and checked for leaks and the hot water connection under the sink was leaking. They came out the next day and replaced the connection under the sink. Since they had not originally replaced that part, they charged me for the part. They also charged for the labor as if it were a new service call.

I called customer service the next day to say that I didn't think I should be charged for a new service call, since they claimed to have checked for leaks on the first visit. If they had found the leak at that time and replaced the part, I would have been charged for the part but not the minimum labor charge for a service call. The person I talked to was very nice, said she understood how I felt, and someone would call me back. That was over a week ago and 4 calls and promises to call me back, and no one has ever called me back. I feel like their strategy is to not respond until I give up and stop calling. This has worked in the short term, but the next time I need a plumber I will call someone else.

Update: One day after posting this I got a call from Triple A Plumbing saying they are going to refund part of the second service call. I'm upgrading from 1 star to 4. The missing star is because it took them over a week to act on this and because of the missing calls. But they did finally respond.

I used this company for a HUGE,expensive job of roughing in a toilet, shower/tub, sink and washing machine. They were of the cheaper estimates I got but used them because I liked their people and they showed up ontime to give estimate, etc.
It is so hard to find good construction people in this white hot housing market.
They did a great job on the rough in.
Unfortunately, I also found that my main sewer line was collapsed. I guess when the home was built in the late 50s, the builder used a product that was basically tar wrapped cardboard!
It doubled my bill but they got the whole thing done in a few days.
With such a huge job, there is usually issues that come up. I was doing an entire home remodel and had issues with anything and everything that is usually involved with such a big, expensive project (I basically have a brand new home now).
What makes a good company great is how they handle problems.
Marco the owner is a great man and always would talk it out with me to bring a fair resolution.
We ended up using them to install a on demand -tankless water heater too. This saved so much space and us economy friendly.

I have used this company for many years, but they have steadily gone downhill. I will not use them any more. I had a problem with my toilet flushing only intermittently. The plumber (Ray) told me almost immediately that the problem was the outflow (P-trap), caused by corrosion, even though this toilet was less than 3 years old. He could not explain how a blockage in the outflow would cause intermittent flushing. Nonetheless, he insisted that the remedy was to rebuild the toilet. He bristled when I asked him to explain and looked like he was going to get angry, saying I had insulted him by suggesting that he made it up in order to jack up the price (which had not occurred to me, but did at that point). At my insistence, he took the toilet apart and ran his auger through. There was no blockage and no corrosion to be seen. Nonetheless, he had no other explanation and made no other effort to figure out the problem. As he was already going to charge me for the visit, when he suggested that he just change out the toilet for the same cost, I accepted. He gave me a toilet that was so weak, it does not flush stool at all. He did not give me the sales receipt, so we can't get a rebate. And he put it in crooked--either out of incompetence or pique, neither of which is good. Now we have tried three times to call the company to get the model number and/or sales receipt to get our rebate, and three times have been told that either the plumber or the owner would call us back, but no one has.

I had Triple A Plumbing Service come in to clear a toilet clog. They did not use a snake but a ""hydrojet."" Well it did not work and the toilet immediately clogged up again so they came out the next day. The technician said it was our fault because we should not flush toilet paper down the toilet! I was shocked so I asked for clarification and he repeated we should have a basket next to the toilet to put out used toilet paper in! Well the plumbing stopped up again 3 wks later and I called but wanted to make sure I wasn't charged for the visit. I was told I would be charged again because I was ""commercial."" I am a dentist with a small office. Smaller than most houses. Another technician came out and said we use too much toilet paper which is clogging the plumbing. I have been in business for decades and have never been told this. The second technician repeated the incredible line that we should not flush toilet paper down the toilet and that we should have a basket next to the toilet for used toilet paper. I again asked for clarification and he said he does not flush toilet paper down his toilet! He would not forgive the charge for the visit. I called the office and they confirmed it. Apparently this company does not think toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet or it will clog the toilet. Two separate technicians have repeated the same line. Do not use these people. They do not stand behind their work and do not think toilet paper should be used in a toilet! Maybe they only service bidets.

I called these guys because I had a leak under my sink. I thought I might be able to fix the problem myself but I ultimately decided to call a plumber. I found these guys on Craigslist and I was surprised to see how professional the plumber was. I was able to give the plumber the riot act because I didn't want to pay too much and he didn't even flinch.

I called the service on Saturday evening to ask for an estimate. The dispatcher told me there is no difference between after hours, weekend and week days fees. I though i misheard her and asked again and she confirmed. When the technical did the service, he charged me double weekend fee. I called them back to complain. They said they were very sorry about this error on their side, but I still had to pay.

Excellent and fast service! They kept us updated of when the plumber would arrive this evening. He worked quick to fix our water heater and the after hours quote from Triple A Plumbing was very reasonable.

These guys really let me down. They gave me a good price for a job that they later just backed out on. They didn't simply reject their original price, they just flat out wouldn't return my calls when I tried to schedule after paying them a couple hundred bucks for my estimate.

Months later after giving up on reaching the original plumber, I called the front office again for another visit. We had a tough job to do, and when they came out the second time, the price had doubled. I tried to work with them on ideas or ways to approach the issue and they more or less told me to find someone else. I felt hopeless, as though I had an impossible job. I offered a compromise and a creative solution and was told I would get a call back after checking with management. Never happened.

I ultimately called around and went to Plumbing Tech and Repipe who not only did all the work under the house that Triple A refused to do, despite giving me a bid, but also all the work in the walls, for a complete home repipe of the remaining galvanized pipe. ALL for less than the quote from Triple A/Rapid Plumbing.

The morale of this story is check references and shop around

Very good and fast service. We had a clogged shower drain, and they send a team over in 40 minutes.....on New Years At 8pm! They gave a quick quote and got everything done quickly.

I was having the hardest time finding a plumber at reasonable after hour rates... More than half of the plumbers I called wouldn't quote me their hourly rate, or were booked until the next day. Triple A Plumbing Service quoted me time and a half plus parts. And their time and a half was a lot less than others...

Right before the plumber pulled up, they called me to tell me the plumber was outside of my house, I was very impressed with their safety protocols. As access to my house is long and I couldn't even see their truck from my driveway.

I broke one of my main pipes in the outside wall when trying to repair it myself. Triple A Plumbing came within the hour that Sunday night. They spent a little over 2 hours, but got the job done right (unlike the crappy job the previous owner of this house did).

They had to cut an opening underneath my Kitchen sink to access the pipe, and they put a new tee fitting and brought out a new 1/2 inch pipe to the outside of the house.

I'm very happy with their service!
