In my opinion they are bait and switch. I clicked on the get a price quote and I submitted a lot of information and they quoted a very reasonable price. We then scheduled a time for them to come to take a look at the job, I had to leave work early about 2 hours. I waited and waited and noone showed up. I contacted them and they wanted to reschedule and . I was informed they only take big jobs, but insisted on coming down to take a look at the job. I asked they commit and get it done, they refused. I had to start the process all over. Since then I had a couple of new plumbing clogs, this time I just went straight to youtube. Most jobs are easy jobs, you just need a little youtube guidance, I saved myself the aggravation and a lot of money.

Trio Plumbing saved our house. Twice. Chuck came out and found the upstairs leak that had already made it's way down to and started spreading on the garage floor. He came out again when one of our kitchen lights started raining. Yes, you read that correctly. Trio came out again and traced the leak and fixed the pipes and saved the lighting. As you know, water damage is $$$$$. We had been told by a previous plumber that we needed a new toilet in the upstairs bathroom. Chuck fixed it 5 minutes. The same major plumbing service that rates 5 stars also told us we needed a new basin in the downstairs bathroom. It hasn't worked EVER. Chuck got it working perfectly in less than an hour. When he asked if there was anything else wrong, I told him about the water spigot outside. Chuck fixed that as well. I don't even know how to thank Chuck and Trio Plumbing. He is a skilled plumber and an even better guy. OUTSTANDING. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

Chuck has done work for me on a couple occasions where services were done on time and exceeded expectations.

Chuck came out to my house and my mothers house in Orange and explained in detail what the issues were, how they got that way and presented many solutions to fix the problem. Chuck is not about getting the most pay for the work that is done, he is about getting the best value for the customer and making sure they understand what is being done.

I don't trust may people to work on my mothers or my house but Chuck and Trio Plumbing are at the top of my list of people I do.
