I have nothing but great things to say about Mark and his installers. I needed a new 75 gallon water heater. I did not go through a big box store like it appears many have. I bought the water heater and installation directly from Trio Plumbing. Their price was 30% less than my other quotes. The service was astonishingly quick and very professional. They got the proper permits, and had it installed and the old ones removed the day after I called. I was recommended to them by my in-laws and my aunt who all had great experiences with them. I would recommend them to everyone.

They install through Lowe's. Came out and didn't check the installation was done correctly so we received error messages. Over 48 hours later and we haven't been able to get ahold of anyone from the company and Lowe's just keeps passing us their direct line to call. Voicemail is full so we can't leave a message either.

Contacted Trio to about replacing ?my water heater. They came out were 45 mins early so we weren't ready. Paid them for the quote and never heard back from them. We had to get Lowe's involved. They fina?lly came after changing the time to 7 AM in the morning. They installed the hot water heater and new drip pan and the water heater leaks. It drips from the bolt where the hot water pipe is connected to the water heater. They left water 9n my hardwood floors, black handprints on my doors, sediment all over and in the new drip pan. Not happy with any 8f their services. I will try calling them again tomorrow.

One of the worst service companies to deal with. They do not honor their price. They are the only water heater installer for Lowe's and they know they can get away with not providing customer service.
Despite being a Lowe's provider, they don't honor Lowe's credit card discount after saying they do prior to ordering the service. They gave me the run around to get the credit from Lowe's; and of course Lowe's told me to request it from Trio Plumbing. Stay away from Trio Plumbing or Lowe's for plumbing related service or don't expect you will get the price they quoted you.

Needed new water heater received a call from Mark after I spoke with Lowe's. He was very knowledgeable letting me know what type of water heater I needed after asking several questions and sending pictures. Eric arrived on time very friendly and also knowledgeable of his job. I will give him five stars also. He didn't mind talking to me answering questions while he was working. Will request him if I need plumbing work again.
