Had a sink that was totally crushed in the backyard... Matt came quickly to the rescue. Shut off my main water supply and started taking measurements for new sink and faucet. Went to the supply house and was back to replace it in no time. I would definitely recommend there service. I will be using again for all my plumbing needs.

Disposal replacement. I'm new to Louisiana and needed a knowledgeable plumber. Jeremy Huckaby went above and beyond. The person who installed the previous disposal, I'm guessing, was a DIY person. Jeremy had his work cut out. He stuck with it, figured it out , fixed the issue, also installed the new disposal. He comes highly recommended. Super friendly, I'm going to ask for him when I do my remodel in my kitchen!! Trinity Plumbing, Jeremy is worth his weight in gold!

Wow, a plumbing company that does not make me feel like a ""dumb woman"" for needing their services and not knowing how to fix the issue with my water heater myself. Matt took my call and booked a plumber to come out. He told me who was coming, when to expect them and what to expect during the service call. Ben showed up as scheduled. Took time to check out the water heater and then explained the problem and offered me several.solutioms. I opted for a new water heater and am so pleased with the price and the final product. Matt even made a follow up call to check that I was happy with the new heater. Thank you Trinity!

Called them for a leak from my attic! They Answered my call right away. I Was given a 3 hr window! The Plumber arrived at my condo in 45 minutes to my surprise . He said the tank needed to be replaced. He Pointed out where the leak was coming from and suggested we consider a tankless water heater. We decided after much research to give tankless a try. So far so good. Would recommend this company again!

Called them on a Saturday morning because my gas water heater wasn't working. I was given a 3-hr window later that day for service, but then quickly received a follow-up text that a guy was on his way and would be at my place within 30 minutes. Ben did an amazing job fixing what went wrong, and even took the time to make sure I knew how fix the problem myself the next time it happened (saving me the need of making another call). This company has my highest recommendation! Honest, considerate, very fairly priced, and punctual... what more could anyone ask for? Great job, Trinity Plumbing.
