Very happy with Trinity Plumbing. Just called this morning, was quoted a perfectly fair hourly rate, and he came out just a few hours later, and fixed 2 problems within 2 hours, and invoice was just as expected. So much easier dealing with a simple hourly rate, instead of other plumbers I called that charge a service fee, and then say they bid each job individually when they get there, even though they know very well that it is only a 1.5 to 2 hours job and want to make $400-$500 for doing a $200 job. Thanks Trinity Plumbing! Will be using you again and referring anyone I can.

I've called Trinity Plumbing three times to fix three different things. Each time Tim always came out incredibly quick.

The first time I called him when my water heater went out. I had no idea what was wrong with it or how much it was gonna cost but I figured it was gonna be expensive. But without me saying anything Tim called and found out the water heater was still covered by a warranty and got me the part for free. He came out as soon as he got the part and thanks to him getting the warranty information I saved quite a bit of money.

The last time he came out, my new house had a broken pipe that required him to cut into the first floor ceiling. Not only did he fix it perfectly the first time, the cut in the ceiling was small and clean so it makes it easier to repair.

Bought a faucet to replace the one for the kitchen sink I originally wanted to do them myself so I at least know some basics but when I started it I found out the valves needs to be replaced and that is something I am not confident in doing it myself and I have found Trinity Plumbing and these reviews from the community are True!

Tim is professional and a very kind person! Took his time to explain and show me what is wrong and how to properly resolve it. Replaced the valves with new ones and everything is looking nice and clean, thank you Tim! I am so glad we have you in our community!

I had to replace a sump pump in our cellar . Being in California it's not a common repair job. But Tim was very knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the job quickly and reasonably. Can't say enough about his professionalism courteous and efficiency. Highly recommended!!!

I found him, an honest plumber! Long story short we had an issue and I was referred to Tim by a friend. I contacted him, he was very responsive and came out the next morning. He also called me to tell me he was taking care of an emergency call and would be to my home shortly instead of letting me sit there waiting. He still made it over about the time we first agreed on. He educated me, fixed the problem, and was so pleasant and honest that I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to my family and friends. Love this guy and will be using him for all my plumbing needs (though I hope they're few!).

I must confess that when it comes to anything involving home improvement or repairs, I know absolutely nothing - like literally nothing at all. So even with the simplest tasks, I need to call for help. No shame, gotta help out small businesses somehow right?

Anyway, since I moved into my home I have had these weird hideous faucets in my bathrooms. Not only were they physically unappealing but they often leaked water unless we closed the levers at the precise angle - which in the middle of the night is not the easiest thing to do. Not to mention, the invariability of water pressure would often times send a stream of water splashing on my shirt - nice surprise when you are in a hurry to go somewhere or are half asleep. Anyway, I digress.

It had been on my list of repairs to do in my home for quite some time now to get those damned faucets replaced. But even after purchasing the replacement faucets, I had zero clue of how to actually install them so they worked properly and so that they were installed correctly.

And this is where I turn to my village, I posted on my local neighborhood group - the Anaheim Hills Buzz looking for advice on how to solve my predicament. I got many responses but Trinity Plumbing was a repeat recommendation. I sent them a message and shortly after I was texting Tim back and forth about my issue. He promised to come by the next day to take a look but assured me that he could easily replace the faucets.

Tim arrived right on schedule like he had said. After a quick look at the faucets and the bathroom sinks, he announced that he could easily do the replacement. He was in and out within 2 hours but not before walking me through exactly what work he had done. He was quick courteous and cleaned up after himself.

I know it was a quick job, but I so much appreciated his professionalism and speediness. Fingers crossed I wont need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I will be calling.

First I requested an estimate for the job and he was willing to do that. . . for free. Out of the 3 estimates I got, he was the most professional and knowledgeable about the jobs I needed done. He even fixed the running toilet while there. It wouldn't shut off after flushing because the fill valve slipped and just needed to be adjusted. I didn't know what the problem was or how to fix it.

We all seem to dread to call plumbers because these jobs can get very expensive. His estimate was right on target. He was very fair in his pricing of each job. He even bought the shower fixtures I wanted but nicer ones, and the parts for the 2nd job, which I knew nothing about buying. It certainly took the burden off me! Thanks Tim.

He was very considerate by covering the work area before starting the job, taking the old parts with him, and cleaning up what little mess there was after.

Also what I appreciated is that after he completed the jobs, he pointed out a crack in my bathtub and asked if I wanted a recommendation for someone who fixes or refinished tubs. Of course, I didn't hesitate to take that recommendation!

I've already recommended Tim to others and will do it again. And I won't hesitate to call him for any plumbing jobs I'll have in the future.
