Excellent communication and workmanship! Working with Jose V made this job easy and stress-free. He did a great job explaining how and why he would go about replacing the broken shut-off valve to my water heater and offered a competitive estimate. It was actually slightly higher than my other estimate, but I choose Trinity because of the comfort and confidence I felt with Jose V's explanation, not to mention the much longer warranty on their work. I called Trinity Plumbing for an emergency hot water heater problem at my rental condo in Rancho Cucamonga. I spoke to Jose. I had trouble shooted the issue and told him I thought it was a thermocouple. He quoted me a price over the phone. I called him on a Saturday at 2pm and he said he would try to make it out late Saturday but he was on a big job and wasn't sure he would get out on Saturday but he made the appointment for a Sunday morning between 9-11am. I received a text Sunday morning at 845am that he was on his way. I let the renter know. Water heater was fixed and the renter is happy. I am very satisfied with Trinity Plumbing and Jose. I would definitely recommend Trinity Plumbing and will use them again for a plumbing issue. Definitely five star.
