I called Trinity Plumbing for an emergency hot water heater problem at my rental condo in Rancho Cucamonga. I spoke to Jose. I had trouble shooted the issue and told him I thought it was a thermocouple. He quoted me a price over the phone. I called him on a Saturday at 2pm and he said he would try to make it out late Saturday but he was on a big job and wasn't sure he would get out on Saturday but he made the appointment for a Sunday morning between 9-11am. I received a text Sunday morning at 845am that he was on his way. I let the renter know. Water heater was fixed and the renter is happy. I am very satisfied with Trinity Plumbing and Jose. I would definitely recommend Trinity Plumbing and will use them again for a plumbing issue. Definitely five star.

I called Jose to check on the house I rent out since there were signs of water leakage. He came out the same day and told me exactly what the problem was. He gave me options to fix the problem. It was nice to have a personable plumber work on your rental house especially when you're hundred of miles away. He worked on the issue that same day and even gave recommendations for other contractors in case of other needs. His pricing seemed reasonable also for the service done.

We found our new plumber! Water was leaking in our garage and Trinity Plumbing was the first available company to come out without charging outrageous after hours fees. Jose came out quickly and discovered that a pipe burst inside the wall. He explained everything he needed to do and got the job done quickly. Great work and fair prices. Trinity's response time was quick. Jose was very knowledgable and efficient. He was upfront about everything that needed to be done. Usually issues like plumbing can be hectic and stressful. However, Jose's even temperament and professionalism made this a pleasant experience.
