Called Trini's after my usual plumber was unavailable. They were quick to answer, quick to schedule my service, and punctual. They showed up in masks and even when I told them they didn't have to wear them for me they chose to continue their work in 100+ degree weather in the masks. They listened to my concerns, repeated them back to me to ensure they had my list complete, then they got to work. I didn't even notice them in and out of my house to the point that I thought they had left. They did what would normally take my other plumber hours to do in less than one hour. They went the extra mile and placed everything back just as they had found it leaving absolutely zero mess behind. Y'all, they even put my rugs back! Upon completion they were very articulate about what they had done and made sure that they had satisfied my wishes. I won't be going back to my other plumber!
